The clean bathroom, clean sheets.

The smell in the room (smelling like old stuff, does not smell as a clean space), the carpet was not hoovered properly and the headboard had spots like something brown exploded on it.

the breakfast was amazing, the best I found in all my stay in entire country for a week in different hotels. A lot of local and traditional food. It was only missing hot milk and/or chocolate. It isn't in the city center, but at a walking distance and with tram line in front. Room with a lot of space

It seems some hotels in the northest of Europe still need to learn how to make a bed, the lining was small to cover an adult of over 1,80m. The entrance was flooded and couldn't park motorcycle in front. The staff could be more helpful and serviceable. At checkout I had some drinks in my bill which I didn't order or took. They said it was ok, they were from some other customer I didn't have to pay but wish it wasn't added to my bill in the first place.

We only stayed one night but the room was bigger than expected and we found the breakfast to be plentiful and replenished regularly. There were high levels of cleanliness throughout the property which was located on a well illuminated street. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating we would definitely stay here again.

I assumed there would be a kettle in the room and I should have checked in advance as we have a small baby, however, the lady provided us with hot water for the formula. It is further from the city centre than we anticipated so we caught an Uber back which was around £3.50

Good breakfast, many options. Good location. Very good hotel for when you need a place to sleep and have a breakfast when on business in Bucharest, especially so close to the city centre. I was very pleasantly surprised by the low price and good services. In a world full of unnecessarily expensive AirBnbs, this was a breath of fresh air.

The room wasn't dark enough and there is a very noisy air unit in the room which I couldn't figure out how to turn off, if I was even allowed to do so. BUT I am particularly sensitive to light and noise during the night. Another inconvenient thing was the lack of parking facilities. We had to park on the side of the road, where all the spots are residential.

Excellent service, staff is very friendly, available at the reception area. I had to leave for my flight at 5am and there was someone helpful available for check out even then. Room is very clean, perfect for a restful sleep. Beds are comfortable. Location is excellent, very close to the old town so that I could walk there and enjoy the vibe of the city. Wifi available, TV, air conditioning, toiletries. Good value for money.

Shower doors were missing, but the water was hot and bathroom was clean, I could still take a shower. For this price, I would say it is worth it and not too bothersome.

We were really surprised by the quality of the room for the price we paid. The room was modern, clean, ideally sized for 2 people. The bathroom was spacious, well equipped. Unfortunately the hairdryer didn't work. On top of that we had a small balcony. The service at the reception was friendly and it was no problem to speak English. There was also sufficient wifi connection.

There is not much to complain about the hotel itself. Some previous reviews mention the bad smell of the room or bathroom. We didn't smell anything like that, everything was fine. For some, the location of the hotel itself may be a problem. The Hala Traian neighbourhood is not visually very attractive and if you are reliant on public transport, it will take you longer to get somewhere. There is a tram and bus stop. However, the trams are slow because of the poor quality infrastructure. On the other hand, it's a quiet, safe area, with a good supermarket, a few cafes, and good restaurants and bistros nearby.

The hotel is a 25-30 minute walk from the main square in Bucharest (Piata Unirii) - head for the corner of the square with a KFC on the corner; keep the KFC and New Yorker store on your right and follow the road up and along for 1.5km or so). There is a tram line along the road too with a few bakeries, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy along the way. The hotel is very stylish and immaculately clean. Staff members were friendly and approachable. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a small balcony in the room. The breakfast is more traditionally Romanian as opposed to the usual 'continental' type. Would happily stay in the hotel again.

The electricity in the bedroom seemed to trip when using the hairdryer in the morning, but came back on in the evening - no major issue, just didn't use a hairdryer in the end.

Price value very nice. Location is very good. Free Parking spaces around. Fourchette style breakfast, average variety (there is a terrace upstairs).

It is smelly in the room because of the sewage. The room was very little with lots of unnecessary furniture items (I would keep more free space instead). Better bring and use your own toiletries (there were just two soap dispensers). No minibar in the room. It would be more welcoming if the reception lady could smile and be available right away to process the checkin.

I came so early before check-in time, but I got my room. It was so good after long road Room was enough big, clean and warm

Uncomfortable pillows(( They were so big and you sleep almost seated There was train line right under my window. It wasn’t a problem, because windows were good and closed. But it might be a problem in summer with opened windows

Very friendly staff, excellent location not far from the Old Town, tram and bus stops nearby, very quiet neighbourhood and hospitable rooms, TV, air-conditioning, nice bathroom, super-market nearby. Very nice and warm reception hall.

Some rooms might not have a nice view but I don't think it's a real problem. Nothing negative to comment on.
