Stayed in Grecotel Olympia Oasis Aquapark: 1. Huge resort 2. Several swimming pools 3. Access to a beach with wide and long shore 4. Many sport and water activities 5. Big water park 6. Food covered in “All inclusive” package was excellent. Non alcoholic drinks are also includes in All inclusive package 7. Spacious rooms 8. They organise on daily basis afternoon and nightly events 9. Value for money

1. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable but not modern. 2. WIFI is baddd (infrastructure is good but it seems not enough bandwidth for all the guests), we ended up using mobile data. It is a pity that such a good hotel has such a bad internet.

The location is really amazing, with excellent facilities. Very clean and comfy room. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The food was very good in the main restaurant, while the other restaurants which require booking were really awesome. The water park is great for the kids while there are many other activities and sports they can do too. You can never be bored in this resort. Really exceptional value for money. Strongly recommended.

Really nothing. Everything was great.

The personnel was amazing. They made us feel so special, they were all incredibly polite and very accommodating. Whatever we asked for we had. The food was amazing, especially at the ala cart places and there were amazing activities for kids. Also the water park was amazing for everyone in the family. All in all we would love to go next year!

The only negative I could find is that when it rained heavily (we are talking about extreme rain, thunderstorm) there was some water that went into our room. Having said that though the cleaning service came very quickly and cleaned everything up without us having to call them

The facilities were great and I never felt that something is not clean. The hotel app was very convenient, so was the online chat. The kids loved the aqua park, the swimming pool at the hotel and the food choices. I loved the dinner in the evening restaurants (the experience at Asians restaurant was dreamy) and trying archery with the kids was also a lovely experience for the family.

I didn’t like that by the time we checked in, most restaurants and bookable activities were already booked and we struggled to find slots for some of them. Also I found the group fitness options very basic. The overall location is nice but the sea is not as welcoming as we usually experience and enjoy in Greece.

Food was very good and tasty.

When you pay 450 eur/night all inclusive, you want quality in everything. Service needs improvement (lack of staff in some areas like in Souvlaki restaurant), drinks need improvement, orange juice in breakfast was the cheap one you can have at 3* hotel, pool bar closes at 18.00 (!!).

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing time here. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and felt very private. The buffet had a good variety of food. The souvlaki bar was exceptional and was our favourite place for lunch (it was just a shame they would not deliver food to the beach). The water park was a highlight for our pre-teenage kids and we spent quite a few hours there every day.

The rooms were a little dated. The beach service was not very good so it was better to walk up to the beach bar to get drinks. We couldn't get food delivered to the beach, so we had to walk up to the restaurants when we got hungry during the day. The trattoria was not open during the day (a pizza oven near the beach would have been very popular). The beach bar closed at 18:00 which seemed early in the middle of July.

Staff were great Restaurants were lovely - we weren’t at peak time and had no real difficulty getting booked in. All the facilities were great. Access to water park amazing. Watched so many beautiful sunsets at the beach bar.

Stairs made it difficult to navigate with a toddler. If you are travelling with a child or someone with a disability - I would request a room on the floor of reception. There is wheelchair access around the hotel but not to the hotel rooms.

While a lot of choices for breakfast, the quality was not exceptional. However, the staff and dining room manager (Vasili, I think was his name), were amazing!

There was nothing we didn't like. We loved the Italian restaurant and were disappointed that the Asian one was full. Didn't realize we needed to book in advance!

The staff was fantastic. Excellent, friendly, always smiling and ready to help and assist you. Working under heat but still very kind always. GREAT. Location is TOP, great beach and clean waters. The resort is ideal for families with small and young children. 3-4 swimming pools and a proper water park just 500m across the hotel. We had the all inclusive package that gave us the opportunity to choose the location (Taverna, Italian restaurant, Asian rest, etc) we would like to had dinner and lunch for free in the resort. We could take anything we wanted from the bars, ice cream and waffles stations all day etc. extra bonus the outdoor gym :) Best place to be with the family

Room facilities need renovation

a la carte restaurants (food!!!), unlimited towels for beach and pool, enough available long chairs on the beach and pool, no queuing at any place, we felt safe in all terms, GREAT AND FRIENDLY STAFF ALL OVER, included minibar, etc.

Wireless internet! Some places need urgent renovation, room was functional but furniture outdated
