It’s a new hotel so it’s very clean and all the amenities are new. I like the toiletries they provide, very nice quality. It’s tucked away from main attractions so it’s quite at night but close enough to get to, just take metro or tram for 2-3 stops, and there is a metro 4 nearby that takes you directly from Terminal 2. There is a shopping mall nearby which is very convenient. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is located at a dingy alley. As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel unsafe but I get it might be a concern for some females travelers. I think there are still some rooms for improvement but since it’s new, I think they will do better later.

The botel is recently built and put into operation, and everything looks fresh and new. Spacious room and bathroom; A working desk is available in the room as well as a hot watter kettle with complimentary coffee, tea and bottlet water which are replenished daily; Plenty of good quality toiletries and room slippers; Selection of car parking options - underground parking, reserved outdoor parking lot and paid street parking; The hotel is located in a very quiet street within a walking distance from the lively central area; Personnel is kind and attentive; Excellent value for the price with very good breakfast included;

Conversations and other noises could be heard distinctively from other rooms and the hallway.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It looks like there is some thought behind all the different things placed in the room and overall everything was clean and comfortable. The location is central although the metro station is a bit further away (still walking distance) there are other options like tram more close by. The breakfast was also a positive surprise for us. It was free but also high quality with decent variety of options.

Some of the staff in the reception could be a bit more friendly but all of them were polite. Not all parking spots are in a closed area but some are in a (private) open one which didn't make a difference to us but it might be a thing for some others (?).

Very stylish hotel with a quiet atmosphere. Room was clean and new, albiet a little small. This was fine for me as a solo traveler, since I was out of the room most of the time. I think the price reflects this fairly. The complementary soaps were high quality and the room came with an electric kettle. There's a nice lounge with outdoor seating. Staff were very friendly and accommodating even with language barriers. They are skilled and multilingual (Bulgarian, Chinese, English). The hotel is within walking distance of the metro. The quality was affordable but luxurious.

There's a nice seating area but no available breakfast options unless you bring it yourself. But the room did not come with a fridge. The surrounding area looks kind of shady (it's kind of in an alleyway) but its a superficial issue. It's close to the main sidewalk.

I had a Deluxe Suite on the upper floor and the rooms were very modern and spacious. Two large terraces offered nice views and fresh air. Great bathroom with walk-in rain shower. Plenty of towels. Secluded location on the 6th floor. Friendly staff who offered every help. Easy check-in and check-out. In-room amenities include coffee and water bottles. Very well cleaned.

Not all in-room amenities did work: Water kettle and safe were inop. After two nights my room got cleaned even though I had the do not disturb sign activated. Cleaning was good though but I do not appreciate the invasion of my privacy,

A great hotel, only opened 3 months ago. Everything very new. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good size room, cute little balcony (but only big enough for one person to sit outside if you wanted to). Bathroom lovely with good shower and nice details like heated mirror. Water provided along with tea and coffee making facilities. As previously stated no breakfast which was fine for us, there's coffee shops in the nearby shopping centre a short walk away or a nice local bakery, kings bakery, for pastries. Bar area looks nice and hopefully gets a few in during warmer months with the patio being there too. Hotel is near metro station and a tram stop so super easy from airport or town, or it's about a 15 min walk.

The balcony door didn't have a blind which let light into the room, BUT the man at reception when we checked out said they were already planning to add the blinds soon so they are aware and hopefully won't be an issue much longer. It was good to know they were already planning to sort it out and overall we still slept really well.

This review is according to the expectations of the accomodation I knew I was booking and the type of traveler I am. First of all, it’s a very beautiful hotel that looks brand new and it’s quite nice! Room: the room was perfect. For me, the size was ideal and everything in it was not only perfectly working, but also very clean. Bathroom: Wow, can’t ask for better really. Shower had hot water with a rain head, a nice mirror with light, beautiful towels and good quality body cream and body wash: very appeciated. The amenities are also modern and I didn’t have any issue with any physical things in my room. Staff is also very friendly and amazingly polite. Location: you’re not in “City Center” yet, but very close to a Metro station. People that are saying the area is sketchy, I assume they nevek traveler much. There’s conveniende stores around and good cheap eating options (local food & street food). Also, the street itself isn’t scary haha: it’s mostly residential it’s only the sidewalk that is in bad shape. Overall, very great hotel and modern!

My but, my only but … The hotel was literally perfect until … In the evening, the family next door check-in and the second they got in their room, calm & serenity was over for me: the walls are thin! If there’s one thing I hate in proper modern hotel, is to hear my neighbours. I like hotel for the privacy and the soundproofing. Sadly, the kids and the husband were VERY loud until the parents left and they put the kids to bed I assume. Until then, around 11, it was quite annoying. For this reason, because the rest is amazing, I’m giving 9 instead of 10. Sadly, we don’t have the same standards about respecting other travelers.

Lovely new looking building and interior, nice quiet, clean room with good bathroom and facilities. Hot drinks and water cooler available in the lounge area. Beautifully firm comfy bed. very pleasant stay. Location not amazingly exciting however a short walk to some shops and a lovely restaurant (Attitude food and wine) and the tram lines and the bus stop and only 20 mins from the centre.

It was difficult to stop the water from the shower from flowing out into the main floor

Very good location , luxury, had all amenities. The staff was very polite and very friendly . The room was clean and warm ! It was quiet ,despite the central location . Few minutes from a metro station and 10 min walk from the Main Street ! They have options for an outside or an inside parking which is very comfortable ,considering the location and that everything around it’s a paid zone ,and price is quite low !

You had to pay for parking separately,it’s not free for guests

The location was perfect, the atmosphere was great, with attention to the details and the staff was polite. What we really liked was the mattress and the pillows - they were very comfortable! I expected to be noisy as the hotel is located in the city centre but it was surprisingly quiet. The toiletries were of great quality with delicate scent which I really enjoyed.

The entrance for the underground parking is a bit narrow and on our way out we scratched the car a bit so we decided not to use it anymore.
