The hotel is in an excellent location - really close to the metro line that takes to and from the airport, walking distance from the city centre and a number of restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area. The room was freshly renovated (or maybe even brand new), clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is also hearty and delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I visit Sofia and stay in a hotel about once a year and this is definitely a place I will go back to!

I suppose the two small things I would bring up as areas for improvement are that after a few days in the hotel, the breakfast can feel a bit “samey” - a bit more variety would be nice, though I do have to say it is all tasty and fresh and I didn’t have any issue with the food itself. Another thing was the fact there was a kettle and cups in the room, but no tea or coffee to use it with: not sure if it was an accidental omission or always the plan. There were however two Rafaelo chocolates, which was a nice touch.

Although the hotel did not offer breakfast, we were offered coffees or teas during the day free of charge. Parking was close by. Rooms were very nice, tv included Netflix. Staff were very hospitable and could communicate well in English.

Nothing to complain about

Stylish centrally located hotel. Brand new and clean. The restaurant is still under construction. Very friendly stuff, all necessary amenities in the room including electric kettle. Should specially note a lot of electric sockets in the room, never had a problem to charge a gadget. Very comfortable bathroom with the non-leaking shower which is a rear thing in Sofia. Quite good noise insulation. The neighbors can hardly be heard. The Jazz/rock bar in the basement was never heard during my several stays on different floors.

A very hard door closers in the rooms. They work silent but one should pull the door really hard to open it.

Great breakfast, great staff, located in a quiet street near the synagoge and mosque, great connections to the tram network nearby.

Shower is a bit small but manageable.

Very good location, clean big and comfortable room, very silent place, good breakfast and good hospitality. If i will go to Sofia i will stay again here.

All was ok

The breakfast was good and the location was excellent - very close to the most visited touristic points of the city.

I had contact with 3 people from the staff. Two of them were INCREDIBLY helpful and super nice willing to help with all the needs. BUT there was one guy in the mid-afternoon/evening shift which was super rude when I simply asked, with 12 hours in advance, if it was possible to prepare a breakfast box for the following day. It was just a question and he totally overreacted saying I should have informed them earlier and that the hotel should not consider my request as a priority simply because they knew I'd be out early in the morning. Chill out, dude! But overall, yeah, the staff was friendly and helpful only with the exception of this other guy.

The stuff was very helpful, - There is bar downstairs, the barmen was cool and kind, you can watch sport there on the large screens. - The receptionist let us to check in 12:00 because we arrived earlier, helped us with booking trip or advising about the city - The room was clean, modern - There is a good restaurant in the hotel for lunch and dinners, and the food there was excellent - Location is awesome, very close to metro, restaurants and to shopping streets.

- Some people need the room to be completly dark to sleep, so adding curtains on the windows will help. - There is a safety box, but it is very lite so you can pick it up (we didn't need it, yet can be improved)

The location is excellent. Although I arrived fairly late at night and my first impression of the area was that it was a little "edgey" this was dispelled in the light of morning. The hotel is very handy for the Tram (5 minutes walk) and the Metro (4 minutes walk). There are local shops to buy snacks, drinks etc. close by. The major sights of Sofia are all with a steady walking distance. The hotel has lovely decor and original art is on every wall, including the bathroom! Breakfast is good, maybe a little limited in choice, but everything on offer is fresh and tasty. The hotel staff are delightful and very friendly, and made the stay a real pleasure. All in all, an excellent hotel and I would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

My room on my first night (4th floor) was very noisy due to the occupants of the room above. I spoke to the gentleman on reception the following morning about this and requested a change of room to the top floor. This request was granted although I had to pay extra for this! I was not happy about this. I think a decent night’s sleep is part of the deal.

A really interesting new hotel, right in the center of Sofia with easy access to metro and walking distance to Vitosha Boulevard and main attractions. Loved the art vibe of the hotel, so much art! I wish I could have seen more of the art, I never managed to find the adjacent art gallery open on the way out in the morning or upon returning to the hotel in the evening, an earlier opening in the morning would have worked for me. Nice, brand new shower with lovely pressure.

This is a small detail, but can't help mentioning it. Decorative cushions that are not cleaned between different guests, should stay on the couch or chair if any in the room. Please avoid placing those on the bed, where guests expect the top level of cleanliness. Only a minor suggestion.

The hotel is few minutes walking from Serdika Metro Station (we brought 2 large luggage bags from the station to the hotel, yup its doable). While the reception area is small, receptionist was super helpful. The lady in the counter was friendly. We stayed at room 103, need to climb bit of stairs but other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Room was clean, very spacious and had big comfortable sofas. The bed & pillows was super comfy. Toilet was adequate with nice strong water. There are lots of shops around the hotel, Billa supermarket was few minutes away. Thank you for the nice stay in Sofia.
