I stayed at the hotel for 6nights, Hotel location was great, surrounded by restaurants, min malls such as Discounts mall and number of shops, including saloon, baba shop, etc. Very close to bus metro point where you can reach everywhere easily, including the big malls which is about 11kms with one bus only, for big stores like Ross and Harlington are on the same road as well. The hotel has good reception, with good customer services, staff like Diego was amazing, with welcoming and cheerful face throughout the day, very supportive and customer centric. The hotel breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were clean although cleaners were not there for all the days. I will recommend to others who plans their vacation to book accommodation into this hotel

I was accommodated into fourth floor, immediately when you finished the elevator, you will start with unusual or bad smelling, not sure whether it was coming from the carpet or not, please visit the corridors of the hotels. Additionally, it was difficulty for the hotel to provide assistance on calling for the taxi to take us to the airport as they assume everyone has got a mobile phone with taxi apps which was wrong, e.g. my phone was fully not able to accommodate any other additional loads! Thanks that after prolonged discussion, one of the receptionist assisted with some conditions, anyway, I think it may be of good idea for the hotel to support the taxi travel services to airport and around the city if customer requested whereby all costs will be paid by the traveller. Thank you.

I just returned from a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Hollywood/Aventura, and I want to share my impressions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness. The hotel staff is another story. They were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. I especially want to thank the reception for their attentiveness and professionalism. The breakfast was delicious and varied—from fresh fruits to hot dishes, there’s something for everyone. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

All the staff were excellent (special mention to Diego at reception and Phillip the maintenance man) . Very good selection of breakfast and plenty of it. The chamber maids kept our room exceptionally clean and tidy. Our stay was for eleven nights, however, this hotel is very good for just an overnights stay . Close to all amenities (But a drive to/from the beach). Would we ever return ? Yes, of course .

The staff was what made my stay memorable. Elizabeth at the front desk checked me in and she was professional, friendly and very helpful. Eduardo in the morning at the breakfast room was so great. He was solicitous, friendly, professional, and overall just awesome! Loved him! A shout-out to Dolores in the breakfast room and also Fabiana from Housekeeping. Again, the staff did it for me.

I was in town for surgery. This place was convenient to drs office, mall, grocery store. B/F love the fact there was a strip club (Cheetahs) just 50 feet from front door of hotel. Loved the daily breakfast. Never the same. Always changing it up and always good. Think our fav was the pancake maker. ♥️♥️♥️ The kitchen staff was amazing. Always willing to help when needed.

The strip club across the street. Lol. Beds were also a bit lumpy. Cld tell the mattresses we’re old and needed to be upgraded. Don’t think all the mattress pads in the world cld help the lumpiness.

well the security they have there wasn’t doing job people was coming in the hotel that didn’t stay there I had someone in the sit by the elevator sleeping there all night , also the house keeping didn’t do there rounds correctly I ask for service for my room early in the morning and they made me wait unit 5 o’clock when I found out my room was last on the list I had to speak to one of the housekeepers in the top I think they don’t have enough staff or they don’t have help.

I thought the manager was very personable and attentive. I had a complaint about the ac unit vents needing service and he got right on it and had my room cleaned before my departure. I have asthma and the heavy dust on the vents was concerning. The kitchen staff was amazing. Mr.Eduardo help carry hot coffee to our seats and he pulled out the chairs for the guess.

My only complaint is not with this hotel alone but all in general. Attention needs to be giving to cleaning the Ac or heating vents and cleaning the drapes/curtains.

It was convenient to get to places where needed especially if you’re not driving. Grocery store was right across the street and many other places to go to eat.

The phone wasn’t working and we told front desk twice but no one came to fix it. So everything we needed we had to go downstairs to ask for it. Also the microwave wasn’t working but we got someone to come look at it and gave us another one.

We liked just about everything about our stay. The receptionist Laurie was very helpful polite and pleasant to be around.

The African American receptionist (female) was very unfriendly while providing services or during anytime we encountered her. She never once said hello, good morning, good after noon, smiled or showed any signs of gratitude towards us during any time we encounter her. My comments about this individual has nothing to do with me racially because I am a African American myself. But my gut tells/told me that she acted this way towards me and my spouse because we were two couples from different races (interracial). Furthermore, This is totally unexpectable where a place of business one chooses to stay and pay for luxury accommodations has to deal with such unprofessionalism on more than one occasion/day.

The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. They went above to ensure our check-in was fast and easy. They also made sure our stay was comfortable. Stayed at this property ahead of a cruise and I'm glad we did. The property and grounds were clean. The front lobby area is spacious and serves as a common area for the business area (computer stations), waiting area, dining/ lounging, breakfast, etc. Again, it is spacious, clean and organized. The front desk staff was so very kind, friendly and engaging. They went above to ensure the check-in was quick and easy. They worked hard to ensure our stay was comfortable also. I know hotel staff assist thousands of travelers and these staff members get "it". I travel a lot and meet many hotel staffers and the staff at this property are on point! We reserved a king bedroom and it was so comfortable. Very roomy. Plenty of storage for a short trip or extended stay. Bed was soft by had some firmness. Linens were clean, lite and comfortable. Plenty of pillows. They are down filled, so if you're looking for cotton filled or other material, you at least know. Bathroom is a bit tight with the toilet facing the door with little "legroom". You'd be pressed to get 2 people in there getting ready. Shower had plenty of pressure. Nice sofa with coffee table. Overall, this property really exceeded the value for the money. I recommend and I hope you have the save experience.
