Everything was great, comfort, location and all. The front desk was very knowledgeable of the area and recommended places to see. The breakfast and dinner buffet were good. Strong Internet connection, was able to use multiple systems simultaneously with minimum lag time. It's just a three-minute walk to the Fatima Shrine, much to delight of my elderly father. Because of the short distance (and away from the crowd), he could do daily masses and night time rosary and processions at the Shrine. And the weather was much cooler compared to Rome.

I was looking forward to taking my dad to the hotel's spa only to find out on Day 1 that it was not working (under renovation). So that's still one unchecked in our vacation bucket list.

They let us check in 1 hour early. The location, with a safe and free car park at the back. Both rooms were spacious, clean and comforable beds. What makes it even more special are the staff in the dining area, most especially to Edena who was so nice, friendly and approachable. And also Immaculada who we met first time but left us a good impression. Both of them deserves more than praise. They are an asset to the hotel, you are lucky to have them. Last but not the least, the unlimited supply of food in the buffet, they top it up generously and the food was affordable and very nice. The dinner buffet is also a must. We really love this place and highly reccommend.

Location: It was located in area that has accessed to restaurants, and the church was less then 5mins walk. It’s also 5-6mins walking distance to coach station. Staff: friendly and knowledgeable. There were so helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage’s behind after check out till our coach time. Breakfast: it was buffet breakfast with variety of different options including different fruits. We loved and especially our kids enjoyed so much. Room: it was clean and the beds were so comfortable and bigger than I thought. Plenty of towels, shower gel and shampoo was available.

Great communication prior to arrival. Questions answered promptly and relevant information provided. Booked a single room and asked for a nice room with a view. Was upgraded to a double for free with view as requested. Hotel was very clean with amazing staff so can’t fault a single thing. Restaurant food is spot on so try this first before go out to places with high reviews as food was better in the hotel than top rated restaurants, and half the price!!!

The only downside is a closure of a pool and spa due to COVID which would make this trip even better Most hotels reopened their spa facilities months ago so not sure why Steyler keeping it closed .

I really like the location because it is in between few minutes walk from Fatima bus station and the Fatima Sanctuary. Close to everything ,souvenir shops,ATMs,cafes but very quiet neighbourhood . I love the design and layout of the room,very spacious,clean ,modern and is giving me a homey atmosphere.Bed was really comfortable .Wifi is strong and AC was working really great .Breakfast buffet was alright, quiet few selection ,pastries,fruits,etc..The staffs(reception and dining) were fantastic,very helpful and accommodating.They also reply to my queries prior my stay and provided information about the transportation.If I visit Fatima in the future , I would be staying here again.

Location is really good, clean and well maintained… Breakfast was a bit simpler than other 4 star hotels in Portugal but ok

For a 4 star hotel, beds could be a bit more comfortable, and the fact they would charge €2 for a single use toothbrush kit instead of making it complimentary for clients who have forgotten theirs is the kind of small thing that stains an otherwise good stay

We are family of 4 (2ad 2chd) in a Superior Suite, the room is very comfortable for 4 of us, it has a super king bed in main bedroom and a double sofabed in living room, one toilet with shower and another bathroom with jacuzzi. We had a great time staying in the hotel. All staff are very friendly and professional, standards are on level as you would expected as a 4 star hotel. The best thing about the hotel is its location as it's only 2 mins walk to the Sanctuary, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops around. We had a great time in Fatima and would highly recommend it.

We booked a bed & Breakfast rate, I would say the varieties of breakfast maybe needed a bit more improvement as a 4 star hotel.

Best breakfast when comparing hotels at the same grade. Great location, staff and facilities. Big parking lot available.

Kids up to 5 years old don’t need to pay unless you want a separate bed for them as the main bed is big enough to fit a couple and a child. This is great. However, the way this is advertised at booking time should be improved.

We arrived for early check in (around 11h) and the room was already waiting for us which was great. Dinner was delicious, staff very friendly. Location is great, very close to the sanctuary.

Dinner is served from 19h which is a bit late. It was very noisy as large group of young men were staying at the hotel and were playing a piano and watching a game cheering very loudly.

Very friendly hotel-staff, easy check-in, large (free) parking-area behind the hotel. The room had a separate room for the children with an own bathroom, bed and television. Large bathroom and comfortable bed in the 'master' bedroom. One of my children is a coeliac patient, so I stated that in the reservation. At breakfast the staff brought out a separate tablet filled with a glutenfree breakfast, that my daughter enjoyed quite a lot. Really good service!

Unfortunately we were there only one night; wished we had had more time to stay longer! :-)
