We had a wonderful stay in Caen, and this location was excellent. William the Conqueror's tomb is just next door, and the bike path that takes you to the horse racing track is also ver close by. No-contact check-in instructions are easy to follow, and the room is very spacious! It even had milk, orange juice, and some jams/butter in case you bring home any bread. Also, there's plenty of coffee and tea, and the kitchenette is equipped with anything you'd need. This was a hidden gem!

There's no full breakfast option, but the host is very generous and provides vouchers for free croissants and baguettes from a lovely patisserie across the street. This wasn't a surprise to us. I'm just reiterating it here to let people know it's a very minor downside.

Location was great and within walking distance to many things we wanted to see, especially the old city. The free breakfast was also really nice and the bakery staff were very pleasant.

It took a few minutes to figure out how to lock the door before reading the document inside the apartment which explained how. Also, we did not receive an email with the entry code and had to call to get in.

The location and cleanliness was excellent.

We couldn't access the hotel on the first day because the door was jammed and we couldn't get in. We tried calling the hotel but no one had any English. We had to wait outside the door until another guest happened to come back to the hotel and told us the door was jammed and how to open it. We wasted 2hours because we couldnt' get in. The door needs to be fixed or you need to tell guest that they have to practically use all their force to get in.

Great location, center of downtown. Very clean and has the basic necessities. Having juice/milk, jam and french croissants/bread in the morning was a plus. Easy to clean place, great for pets.

Was given the wrong information on the apartment we were to stay in (keybox code), had to call in to . Breakfast did not show up at scheduled time on the Saturday (stated between 0700-0800hrs, we left at 0850hrs and still no breakfast) Bedroom was fairly hot with only a heavy duvet to sleep with (so nights were not very restful), would recommend having some lighter sheets for nights during warm weather. Only one option for pillows (bulky/firm), would recommend having four pillows (two bulky/plush, two slim/firm). Neighbours upstairs (one of the suites) were fairly loud into the early hours of Sat night (despite noise constraints imposed in SMS text we received from the Concierge organisation managing the rentals).

It was spacious 2 room apartment with a kitchen and large bathroom. It was clean. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast items and every morning we received fresh baguette and croissant.

Nothing much to complain. Walk to city center is about 15 min. Bus connection is available but not frequent.

The open time of the bakery is too late for us.

I have no clear explication on the key. So, we are troubled to obtain the key.

Modern self contained apartment. Clean and centrally situated. Simple but well equipped.

Not much natural light.

Very clean and modern, the bathroom was lovely and a comfortable bed. Nice touch to have breakfast delivered every morning. The little Kitchen has everything you need for a short stay. The location is very good.

Quite tricky to find and parking was not near, parking always tricky when you stay in a city.
