Well thought out lobby areas, beautiful woodwork, warm cozy feel throughout

Can't think of anything that could be improved.

the place was an excellent mountain retreat and perfectly located in Cloudcroft. the rooms are very nice and beds comfortable.

not much. they are I think still growing the hotel so a few things like the breakfast Tues-Weds which is "grab and go" could be better. there was basically cereal and coffee and milk. the rest of the days are more continental. I think a toast option would even things out. a nice chair in the room in addition to the desk chair would have been good but the rooms were definitely comfortable regardless.

I really liked several things about the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. The location was perfect because I wanted to eat at brewery and pizza bar and it was located right across the highway. There is also a small park to walk your dog. There is a beautiful deck to sit on and have a fire. The breakfast was good. The hotel was very clean.

Parking lot was full. Luckily, we found a spot in the gravel nearby. No water bottles were provided in the room.

The breakfast time seems like a very short window being from 7 to 9 and it was a basic hot meal breakfast but the amenities were ok just waffle no maker??

I did not like that they have a pool and a jacuzzi in the hotel but neither of them was able to be used at the time of my visit, but you still pay full price? Also, the shower never got hot, at most it was luke warm so you couldn't enjoy a hot shower.

maybe if i had to. give them a Ding ! it would be. Breakfast could. be wa little hotter. but that probably will be fixed before my next stay! best rest you can get !

Location, rooms, it’s a very nice property. We got to see the wild horses across the street from our room!

This is odd but the doors to the rooms slam very loud. We were awakened during the night when others arrived and early morning when some guests left.

Location was great right in town and across from a brewery/eatery. The free breakfast was good, they actually have someone there to make some of the food for you. Depends on the day of the week for breakfast staff but other days are just grab and go items.

Loved the location and the rooms. The staff was amazing! The breakfast was good, and we loved we were able to add extras. The only negative was there was a lot of road noise. Next time we stay, we want a room in the back!

The room and location

They didn't told us until we were there that you need a credit card with $100 dollars. Or $200 cash. For hold up. We were a little tight on money because of that, we didn't had a credit card.

Front desk staff and breakfast chef were friendly and cheerful. loved the decor and the balcony fire pit. Location was perfect. Breakfast food was surprisingly good.
