Nice and quiet town that had everything within a five minute walk. The walk to Oji station was two minutes away. Approximately 30 minutes by train to any major touristy area in Tokyo. Hotel was clean and had extra towels, soap, and toliet paper. We used the sauna many times and definitely took advantage of the laundry machine. Wifi was amazing as well!

This location is about a 3 min walk from Oji station and there are a lot of nice cafes and restaurants around. It’s residential so it’s very quiet but it’s only a short ride from places like Harajuku or Shinjuku. I liked the self-check in/check out, and they were able to accommodate an early check in which was great! There are technically irons and humidifiers available but they were never in the communal amenities spot. I never asked about it though so I’m not holding anything against the hotel. Beds are hard but I personally love that. Highly recommend for the price!

The hotel sits close to Ōji station (both JR and Tokyo Metro), outside the Yamanote Line but greatly connected to the centre (20 minutes to Tokyo central station and less than 15 to Shinjuku). The facility is unmanned, but it's easy to get through since there are instructions in Japanese, English, Korean and Chinese. The free sauna is a great place to relax after a whole day out, and never too crowded. The wifi works great and the room is ample.

The location is excellent, 5 minute walk from Ōji station. Check in process is very easy. Other guests were respectful of quiet hours. The room was clean and comfortable.

There is no option to have cleaning between nights. Washer/dryer did not have enough translations or instructions to be helpful to non-Japanese speakers. There is a quick dry function which would have saved 2 hours had there been better signage.

Spacious room with 2 comfortable beds. There was enough space to locate your luggage and hang few clothes. There is no cleaning in the room when tourists book consecutive nights which I find as an advantage and an environmentally friendly solution. Light free breakfast with coffee is provided as a bonus. Tea pot was provided inside the room, microwave was in the corridor (if you are a first time traveler you might not know that you can get any food type in the nearest market and just heat it up) which is also useful. There is a washing machine and a baggage locker near the self-check-in area. Couldn’t visit the sauna as was busy with tourist attractions around and by the evening too tired 😃. Place is quiet and clean. Would definitely come back.

Location can be the only one very negligible item. It is required to change the metro line to go to asakusa, shinjuku or shibuya, but it is just a few stops from the zoo where you can see pandas and that was one of my favorite places in Tokyo 💕🌺🐼

almost everything. It was very clean and comfortable. everything we needed to do from booking breakfast or checking out was done over a tablet in our room and in the hotel as well as out front there are a lot of vending mashines with hot coffe.

the only thing that bothered me was the fact that the window couldnt be opened enough to look outside. the room had two windows with both beeing milky glas. also both had a stop so you couldnt open them, very much.

A fairly newly renovated business hotel that has no staff and check in is done yourself. The rooms and shared areas are clean. There are lots of available amenities. There are 2 free washing machines. There is a fairly large sauna with plunge pools, but only for men. Very close to train and metro.

No coffee or tea, which is a shame. The breakfast is extremely basic (noodles or rice with soup and dried seaweed) which is why all the signboards have “breakfast” crossed out and replaced with snacks. Oji is a comparatively poorer area of Tokyo, but has good transport links.

Free washing machine and dryer. Very good for short stay since beds wont be made. Sauna was interesting too but needs more explanations for foreigners. Lots of cheap restaurants around the area.

Bit far from station. Next to Pachinko building and in between alleys may not be safe for women but there were no incidents during the stay.

Short walk to and from Oji Station (JK Train and MRT). Plenty of restaurant and food options around including groceries. Good parks near the hotel and the train station. Light breakfast servings and complimentary sauna are pleasant perks.

Cheap, nice, clean. Aircon and smart Tv is great. Two sinks is great for 2 friends.

No staff, all digital. Pre-check in cannot be done in English, but it’s not too hard to do in Japanese. Bidet and some lights were out of order. Breakfast is only between 7-8:45 so that’s very early.
