The property was clean and the staff were amazing. Beds were really comfortable. The hot water was fantastic. I love that it has a little marketplace where you can purchase small items to munch on. The coffee was amazing. Breakfast at the buffet was always replaced with fresh food.

Not enough parking spaces to accommodate guest. We had to park across the street. Though the price for an all you can eat buffet was reasonable, doing that for a family larger than 4 can be costly so a free complimentary breakfast should be included with your stay. Substantial amount of trash bags provided in the rooms

This place seemed to have it all right. Clean, spacious, fabulous and fresh buffet breakfast, with a chef on hand for a personal touch. Would highly recommend.

Only issue i had (I forgot to mention it to them as everything else was good) Was the wall to wall windows that overlook the inner hallway/large inner courtyard. Our curtain didn't close all the way, so it left a gap when 'closed'. Wasn't a huge deal, as I hung my suit right there and it covered the gap. Other than that, would highly recommend. Dining staff was excellent, as was front desk.

Hotel ambiance was good, food selection in breakfast was great and delicious. The staff in restaurant was very nice and helpful. House keeping was done daily. Stay was good in all times.

The phone was not working through our stay we told them but never fixed. The breakfast was nice however for a stay of 5 days, the menu in break fast is very repetitive and same type of food which may denotive guest if they want to stay longer. The washroom fan was not working, the bed refreshment fails to address amenities like towels, glass for water, coffee etc. This will definitely need to be improved.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Decent sized parking lot with free parking. Nice little kiosk for snacks and drinks with self checkout. Staff provided toothbrushes and toothpaste. Plenty of towels.

Room window faces hallway. If you’re not careful to keep curtains closed people walking in the hallway can see into your room. This also means no natural sunlight in the room.

Lobby was beautiful, we liked the fish :), we were happy to see an exercise room, room was nice, beds very comfortable

We found a cleaning cloth in the bathroom sink and some hairs in the sink. Otherwise the room was clean and inviting. The other item is not a complaint at all, just a suggestion. As kosher travelers we are used to finding packaged items at breakfast with kosher certification. Because your breakfast was actually nicer than we are used to there were only one or two items that we could eat since anything cooked or unpackaged wasn't an option. As you are in a very kosher area it might be nice to have some packaged muffins or bagels available. Obviously we knew that there was no guarantee and we were satisfied with what we were able to eat.

Great staff who are very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room with good facilities like a sofa and coffee machine. The bed is amazing, with brilliant pillows. They even have a pillow menu!! Spotlessly clean throughout, especially the bathroom. The bar is very good with nice food and good drink selection.

Hello! what can i say about this hotel? convenient check-in from the highway, excellent hotel, starting with very friendly and professional staff at the reception, quick check-in, value for money 10 out of 10 points. a large atrium, very nice, there is a small fish pond which is quite interesting, there is a bar, there is a restaurant, and large areas for relaxation. the room was very clean, the furniture was not worn out, it was comfortable, everything was enough. Very nice and friendly people at breakfast, very tasty, Mega clean and comfortable, it was delicious cooked. the impression after this hotel is just perfect.

Friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfast! I called the desk to request someone bring up a microwave, and they brought one up in just a few minutes. The shower has proper shampoo, conditioner and body wash in a normal bottle with a pump attached to the wall, not those little sample things you normally see in hotels. We forgot our toothbrushes on our trip, so I went down to the front desk if they have any for guests and they did and a little toothpaste too.

Mattress was too soft for our liking, we like firm. Mini fridge was positioned awkwardly in the cabinet at the foot of the bed so it was awkward bending down in that little space to get in and out of it. Signage for guest laundry room took us to completely the wrong place.

The front desktop staff were exceptionally helpful, accommodating and friendly!

They were able to get me into my room earlier and made it seem like no issue. I was only there 24 hours, but when my driver who was pre-booked for 5:45 a.m., did not show up.. the front desk representative recommended and called a driver for me immediately!

It was a very quiet stay and the complimentary breakfast was actually good. We had the place to ourselves; not much travel the weekend before Christmas it seems. We needed a place to stay that wasn't too far from home as we left to attend a wedding the night before we had planned due to an impending snowstorm at home. Easy to book and the common spaces were decorated well and had a very open and welcoming feeling. It had a central location and was easy on and easy off to the freeway the next morning. A decent place to stay if you need a spot, but I wouldn't want to stay for more than a night or two.

Staff that greeted me was meh. She wasn't very welcoming. The room was dated; very much in need of an upgrade and a baseboard in the bathroom had been attached poorly. But the worst was the bed. It was very soft and lumpy and needed a replacement. I woke up multiple times with my hips and my back aching. The grandeur of the entry downstairs is not matched by the room.
