good breakfast, enough for me (salty and sweet, good coffee, yougurt, fruit). Location excellent just near St Maria Maggiore church and 10 minutes from Termini station. Nice personnel.

Hotel is well located, just 6 mins walk to Termini station/food market and just 15mins walk to the Colloseum. The Hotel interior has a fancy designer look. The single room was small and basic but functional and clean, with a desk, big wardrobe and space for your luggage. The view from the window was an interesting interior or flats. The toilet and shower are nice and modern. 2x Small sachet shower gel/shampoo was provided as well as two small soap bars. The staff are cheerful, friendly, helpful and spoke good English.

The breakfast is not bad but basic: apples, bananas, oranges, bread, cheese, ham, yogurts, some cakes, corn flakes, tea or coffee and juice. No toaster, no hot food. When I asked for a toaster, they said there isn't one but they have a microwave. In the room there was no AC remote. No extra blanket or pillow, but an extra pillow was given when asked for. Flat screen TV but really small and limited to Italian TV and radio. The shower was blocked so it filled up with water like a bath. No glass for drinking.

This hotel is perfect for a city break. Location is excellent, 5 min walk to termini station. Easy access to buses, trains etc. Not too far from some attractions like colloseum, trevi fountain, spanish steps. Lots of restaurants & shops close by. Staff were very friendly, gave us bottles of water every evening for the room, gave good advice for restauraunts, attractions, travel etc. Room basic but clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good, continental style, we had no complaints, lovely croissants, bread, ham & cheese, yogurt, cereal, lots of fruit, good coffee. Breakfast staff very friendly & helpful. Most of the staff have good english, which was great as we don't speak any Italian. Really enjoyed our stay here.

There is no bar at the hotel, but plenty of bars close by. No view from the room. No tea/coffee facilities in the room

Overall everything was good. Staff was very friendly, always offering water when we returned to the hotel. Room had air conditioning and tv with loads of channels. Breakfast served had: bread, fruits, yogurt, sweet pastries, not a great variety, but acceptable. Location: hotel is 15min walking to the colosseum and 5min from the metro. The area close to the Termini station is a bit dangerous, but the hotel is a few streets away from the station, so it’s fine

Lift only fits 2 at a time (which wasn’t really an issue). Breakfast: Bread has very hard

Absolutely everything was perfect - the staff were exceptional, the location was perfect and close to both Rome Termini and many restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the Colosseum. Immediately outside the hotel you will find lots of bars and restaurants. I can’t fault this hotel and it was very good value for money. The highlight of the stay was the friendliness of the staff. From the moment I checked in to the time I left, they were all friendly, helpful and kind. I can’t wait to return in a few weeks!

The building is so central to the city that it’s in a perfect location to sightsee. The highlight of the property however is the staff! Gianni, Fabrizio, and Roberto were all incredibly helpful and respectful. Beautiful to talk to, always helped me find my way around the city, and helped to plan my days. They really uplift the vibe of the hotel and it was always wonderful to stop and have a chat with them. Incredible people they are!

The water at the bottom of the shower pooled. Just had to be a little careful with that but it wasn’t a dislike.

Breakfast was included, which my husband had every morning and said it was pretty good. This place is a great value for the money though, especially if you’re traveling with family, their quadruple room was huge and so was the bathroom. The staff was always so incredibly welcoming, nice, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The area is a little run down, but that’s pretty much all of Rome. It had been 5 years since I had been there and most of central Rome didn’t look great.

The location is very good, just down the street from the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, next to Vittorio Emanuele metro station, and a good 10-15 minutes walk from the Colosseum. 20 minute walk to the main Renaissance attractions like the Trevi fountain, but walking around Rome is a great way to sightsee anyways. The air conditioning in the room was very strong and the so was the water pressure in the shower. A pretty good stay overall for the price.

The room could have been slightly bigger, and more amenities could have been provided (like toothpaste). The wifi was slightly slow at times.

Booked it last minute. The hotel is 10 min walk from Termini, close to subway. What I enjoyed the most is their breakfast. There wasn’t much of a choice (bread, ham, cheese, croissants and fruits, some oats as well) but I enjoyed the space, the terrace where you can sip your morning coffee ☕️ and the friendly staff.

Shower. I had a single room and the shower was just curtains and a drain hole which was absolutely useless as when you are taking the shower, the water will be all over the bathroom.

The best part is the staff, they're really helpful. Bedroom was clean and has all you need. The price is great for what it delivers, really good cost benefit.

The breakfast is not so good, only 2 options for protein (ham and cheese) and the ham tasted so bad I couldn't eat it, and I'm not a peeky person for food, I've eaten in cheaper places than that, but I don't know where they got this ham from that even myself couldn't eat it. The croissant was supposed to be the best part, but in reality is not so good either, it has the consistency of an old croissant, like leftovers, but is eatable, just not good, you know? The capuccino and coffee were nice though.
