The hotel is situated within a short walking distance away from Geneve Cornavin Station or 1 Tram stops away, with the hotel is conveniently located in front of the tram stop. For staying in the hotel, the guests were given a Geneve Transport Card that enables them to take public transport in Geneve, such as bus, tram, for free. The hotel room assigned to us was spacious, clean, with comfy beds. The room was also equipped with various amenities, including a capsule coffee machine, and a still water bottle provided for the first day of staying. The hotel is situated in front of a COOP, which is very convenient for grabbing some light snacks. Will stay again in this hotel in the future when visiting Geneve.

Only small thing, the shower and sink has 2 manual knobs for different water temperature (cold and hot). To get a desired temperature, each knob must be set manually and separately, which is slightly inconvenient. Probably the hotel can consider to change to water knobs to a modern styles that is easier to use.

The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from main train station. The hotel entrance/foyer is immaculate. Staff were very pleasant & quick to check in. The lovely man we had was very knowledgeable and friendly. The room we had was on the first floor, it was a good sized double. Housekeeping were lovely. Made our beds daily and gave us fresh towels & topped up toiletries. Fridge in the room which was good for keeping our fruit & water chilled for our excursions the following day. Added benefit, a travel card is emailed to you a few days before your visit to give you transport from airport and around Geneva during your stay 5/5

Honestly nothing I didn’t like

Hotel is very close to the train station if you are planning to be taking the train often. 15-20 minute walk to Old town and other main attractions. I thought rooms were very comfortable, very clean and quiet. Lobby was well maintained. Overall, good stay.

Staff was good, I wasn't necessarily greeted with warm friendliness and connection. They answered my questions, but most of the time they brushed me off quickly if I had any questions on what to see or how to get around. Breakfast was 4 out 5. Breakfast staff working there was amazing, but food was pretty much the same every morning sometimes tastier than other days. It wasn't very consistent.

The hotel looked beautiful, the room was spacious with a large bathroom. We upgraded to have breakfast and this was lovely with plenty of choice including smoked salmon, meats, fruits, cheese and a hot buffet with eggs, bacon etc.

The bar area was disappointing, they cater more for the restaurant. The bar is ok and not too bad but it was not very inviting and takes a while to get served. Could very easily be resolved by letting you order at the bar. We chose to go out at night but would have spent more time and money here if better.

I had the best time ever during my Geneva trip. The hotel is located perfectly, within walking distance to the lake with an astonishing scenery. There are grocery stores and great-great restaurants nearby - I had the best pasta in the whole entire world in the nearby italian restaurant. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, they treat all guests with love and the hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, like you were at home with your huge, loving family. They prepare every little necessary amenity and have a solution for all of your extra needs. I cannot recommend it enough, I will definitely come back as soon as possible. Thank you for spoiling me!

Great location, not in the old town but a fraction of the price. Tram outside the door and Lidl supermarket next door..

Restaurant onsite Took 47 minutes to get a drink. Then one course took virtually two hours. My wife asked for the bill 4 times. Trying to be too sophisticated when they have too little waiting staff. Need to get everyone including the barman and somellier to pitch in. Not sure if the restaurant belongs to the hotel or independently run. But it brings down what was an excellent stay.

The location was very convenient close to the station and at a tram stop. Easy walk to the lake and surrounded by a variety of good restaurants and pubs. Comfortable room and bed. Little noise from other doors as can usually be a problem in hotels.

There was too much furniture in the room. It was all great furniture and looked great but did not leave much space to walk around in. 3 chairs to sit in were a bit overkill. It was nice to open the window although noisy on the station but could use the aircon at night. But as other people were saying the aircon is not so effective.

Hotel decor was beautiful! front desk staff were helpful...although bell service put our bags on the cart and sent us on the elevator up but did not help us with our luggage...had a very nice dinner at the lounge but service was slow but food was good...I would stay here again...walking distance to town just across the bridge and the lake..

The staff here are simply fantastic. The room was great and very clean. The staff give clear instructions on how to use the free city transport card which was a bonus we didn’t know about ! Easy walking distance of the centre where there are many places to eat and drink although a great bistro on site !

Although a great location for exploring Genèva and walking distance from the train station this also means that you can hear the train passing until late - that said it really didn’t bother me a huge amount and I slept very well. Bathroom very was soooo small !

Breakfast was lovely! Our family stayed over for one night. Hotel organized a crib for our baby and allowed us to check in early, which we hugely appreciated after a 24 hour flight! Tram stop right in front of the hotel. Two supermarkets right at the hotel. Also very close to central train station, we could walk with the pram and suitcases and three small children. Also easy walk to the lake.

No issues at all. I see in reviews some people complained about noise, but it was not an issue to us at all. I never heard another resident and when the windows were closed, also couldnt hear the trains or traffic.
