One of the best locations of my stay in Geneva - 3 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute walk to the lake. I booked at the last minute. This hotel was at the lower price of what was available. Room had enough space, a desk, a kettle, good pressure in the shower.

It's a bit noisy until 11.30pm if you stay with open windows into the street, as there is a popular restaurant in front of the hotel, with outdoor seatings. Some elements are not fully upgraded (e.g. elevator) but I did not mind given the price.

I am used to going to a particular hotel in Geneva near the train station but it was full this time, so I had to look for a different one. This was the first time I book at Hotel Strasbourg and it was a very pleasant surprise! It is extremely well located almost opposite Cornavin and is very clean and well maintained. I was able to check in as soon as I arrived at 10.00 am, and the receptionist (for whom it was the first day of work!) was very quick and professional. She also offered me a room upgrade. The room was spacious and had a view on a quiet yard. It was also suitably warm for this time of the year, and included a minibar and a coffee facility. I had an excellent stay.

I had noisy neighbours on one night but this was not the hotel's fault.

Very close to the train station. Just 5 mins walk from the main train station. I love the spacious room and the cleanliness of the room. My room has a kettle and some complimentary tea and coffee. They gave me a tourist pass for transport which I have used during my stay. I arrived at 12noon and asked the lady at the reception if I can just leave my luggage there ‘cause I knew that I am too early for check-in but she said the room might be available already and she can check me in sooner which she did. Very helpful and accommodating.

You can hear the noise from the street at the night. Might be a problem if you’re a light sleeper.

Breakfast was generous, plentiful and enjoyable. The hotel is within 100 m from Corvin Gare, which was handy as my train from Milan arrived at 9:30pm. Staff are present 24 hours. The room was comfortable tidy and the bathroom and shower was very functional and compact. The room was warm, valuable in the Genevian climate. The staff were courteous and supportive. The complimentary travel voucher was very handy for the excellent buses and trams

Quite happy with the hotel. Happy to return in future.

It's a great location for everything, work, shopping n touring. Close to the transportation area too. Room also cleaned, staff are amazing and lovely. The hotel staff were also helpful providing us with umbrellas and adapters.

It didn't have an aircon but it was ok because it was cold during the nights. But it would be nice to have an ac so I don't have to open the windows often. Also the lighting could be better.

Location close to the train station. Overall good stay and convenient. Receptionist was very supportive in telling us the best places to go so it was very helpful

Found it a bit noisy from cars outside and a bar downstairs. Also could hear everything outside the corridor. Breakfast could have had scrambled eggs, some bacon and more fruits.

Ideal location, 5 minute walk to train station and bus station. Shops,bars and restaurants near by. The hotel include a free travel pass with the booking, you can travel by tram,train bus or boat completely free which is a real bonus. Continental breakfast was OK, room was cleaned everyday. Comfy beds and good shower. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

We didn't dislike anything and would stay again when we return to Geneva.

This is close to the railway station (although a few hotels are closer). I was using it for an overnight stay while connecting trains. This was the second time I have stayed here and I am likely to continue using this when I transit in Geneva.

Breakfast is good and exactly what I wanted, but if you are the sort of person who wants a truly fabulous breakfast then you might want to go somewhere else. This is only really a quibble: there is nothing bad to say about this hotel.

All the front desk staffs were awesome, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was well located and very clean. If i come back to geneve, i will definitely stay there and will also recommend to friends.

There was slight ordor of damp carpet at the lobby and corridor of floor I stayed. It might have happened when i was there but i hope somthing is done about it quickly. The ordor is a put off to the warm and beautiful sorrounding

-Narrow curtains that didn’t completely cover the windows. This wouldn’t typically be a problem, but the hotel is closely located to the neighboring building and hotel’s windows are directly facing the other buildings’ windows. So, the lack of privacy after the dark. -Rather basic continental breakfast.
