Fantastic little property with private parking. The room was incredibly comfortable and the hosts were very communicative and helpful, messaging me directions and recommendations for places to eat etc. The room was large and airy, with the comfiest bed we've slept in in a while! With a very large ensuite bathroom, the shower over the bath was hot and had good water pressure - the bath looked very inviting too! The self service breakfast was lovely, with it being available from 0700 til 0830 in the kitchen with hot bacon and eggs, along with toast, jams, fruit juice and muffins. The place itself is right in the centre of Blaenau Ffestiniog and although the town isn't large, it has stunning views and lovely local shops.

The bed was very comfortable, warm and cosy. Perfect location in town, and local walk. got all equipment need, good small standard size layout , self service breakfast on same floor of bedrooms shower was large enough room and perfect temperature unlike other places I been. Walk in and collect keys via by email. Good information parking was fab for 6 cars

Creaking floor, door slamming as door heavy. And issue with TV Maybe update landing, staircase and walk through corridor as entry in was like oh dear made a mistake but then going into the room is completely different story.

The breakfast was great everything you could need, very impressed with the communication from the hotel had messages the day before explaining about directions and breakfast. even said we could use the kitchen to warm food and help ourselves to drinks as we had a late check-in. Would highly recommend this hotel it met all my expectations

Quirky, bed was comfy, easy self check in, owner provided places to eat after arriving. Breakfast was self serve, there was cereal, muffins, bacon and hard boiled eggs. Bread was also provided. In the kitchen was toaster and microwave. Jams, butter, milk and cheese were in the fridge. Beautiful views of the mountains (unless you're short like me, lol my partner enjoyed them though)

Not soundproof but to be expected in type of property

The beds were very comfy, the place is clean and they offer shampoo/conditioner/bath gel. Really close to the station and to the centre. The room has a kettle and they also have instant coffee, tea and sugar available in the room and outside of it, in case you run out. Very quiet as well and the owners do not bother you for anything. Wi-Fi is also strong and free. As far as the breakfast is concerned, it is on the simpler side, but it is warm and made the same morning. You shouldn’t expect an array of morning food, but the breakfast is filling and keeps you full if you have a busy day ahead.

The location was perfect for the activities we were doing (We climbed Yr Wyddfa on the Friday and went to Zip World on the Saturday morning). Peaceful location, nice little walk into village. The property was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the host organised for our key to be put in a lock box for us as we were arriving later than 9pm- communication with him was great. Breakfast was very welcome in the morning.

The only one thing I could nit pick about was whilst there was a kettle in the room with tea and coffee etc, there was no milk. There was some tea with coffee whitener but then regular tea bags and coffee (which we would use) and no milk, so couldn’t make a drink in evening.. but had one in morning as used milk from breakfast so not a big deal.

Room was clean and spacious, shower was powerful, breakfast was lovely (bonus points for the baps), location was fantastic and the hosts were friendly and helpful! The views from the sky light were amazing 😊 We were a 5 minute drive from Zip World and a 2 minute walk from a local Co-op, takeaway, restaurant etc which was really convenient. Overall loved our visit and would love to return!

Our only minor suggestion would be adding a toilet brush in the bathroom.

We had everything we needed during our stay. The bed was very comfortable, there were toiletries in the bathroom, and tea and coffee in the room. Great communication from Gareth and the Welsh rarebit bacon toasties for breakfast were a nice touch!

The only negative was the mountain view from the room - the windows were skylights so you had to look at a certain angle to see the mountains! Don't let this put you off though!

Clean with nearly everything you could want. An interesting conversion of the old Pisgah chapel. We never did meet any owners as all communication were done by text

Very minor things. No dining room, pick up your food from a location and take back to a compact table and chairs in your room. Bathroom laminate flooring was the creakiest we have ever heard ! (fortunately I don't think there were many other guests to disturb )
