Amazing views !

The place is better in the pictures than in real life

This was not an usual room. It is located in a very old house in the center of Montepulciano. It is very old but well preset, almost like you are living on a museum. Quite a unique experience. The host was very polite. The check in was smooth because of the details that were provided. The room has a beautiful view and also a very nice terrace as a common space where you can see the city. There is a parking place nearby where there are reserved some spots for the Residence. The options for breakfast were very good.

We visited the town during a very hot time of the summer and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.

Located in the Historic City Center of Montepulciano, the rooms are located on the upper floors of a beautiful, historic building. (You do have to climb a decent amount of stairs, which is pretty common if staying in older properties located in the hill towns of Tuscany). We stayed in the red room. It was a nice size and had amazing views of the town and countryside! The property offers access to a beautiful rooftop patio with stunning views, and for breakfast you can choose from 2 different restaurants. We enjoyed both of them. Because you are inside the old town, they offer reserved parking for 10 euros per day which is a good deal. All communications were done through WhatsApp, and it worked very well. It was nice to stay right in the middle of old Montepulciano. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was the most amazing house we have ever seen or booked. The home has original furniture and features from the 17th century. It has been moderately adapted for creature comforts but maintains its original character in numerous ways. The most unbelievable views are found on the beautiful rooftop terrace. Our family loved that feature most of all.

The only thing I should mention is the temperature control is not what some travelers will expect. Our family adapted and really enjoyed this home for its amazing history and character.

This was a great location for exploring the town. Close to parking. The rooms were good size with nice beds. Nice to have access to the historic common rooms as well. The most spectacular feature was the 360 degree terrace (see picture), sadly there was a bit of rain that prevented us from using it as much as we hoped. Rustic, historic charm at a great value.

Just one detail: the shower had a missing door panel. Should be an easy fix that would elevate the impression from 9 to 10 in our view.

Location was very good. We liked the setting of an old house, furniture, pictures, etc. It has a great roof terrace with fantastic views of the city and country side. The vouchers for the breakfast included were at two of the most prestigious and traditional cafés.

We had absolutely no control of the heating and it happened to cold. Parking was not to far from the place, but it happened that the day we arrived it was pouring and cold, and we had to walk under the rain.

Elegant and historic. Probably the most amazing place we've come across over the years. Large downstairs apartment for two, furnished with authentic local flair. Natalia, the host, was super helpful, especially with parking (not easy traveling with a car in the narrow streets of Italy's hilltop towns). Next time we come we'll stay a week--or six. Just fabulous. And Natalia gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations. Thank you, Natalia!

We had the Rose room with a panoramic view of the countryside. Amazing. The hospitality and information about the property, parking and options provided by Natalia was exceptional. Great location, the roof terrace to watch the sunrise, and a period home, all to enjoy your Tuscan stay. We use the reserved parking, a bit tight but ok for a small/medium car. Well worth the price. I would highly recommend this property and the Rose suite.

There is nothing not to like.

A very nice building and antique large roomy place. The location was good and the sweet coffee/breakfast at a nearby restaurant was good as it had a view and we ate outside. Good hot shower with good water pressure.

The wind howled through window seams at night and made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. Our ear plugs helped a little, I learned in the morning I could open the window and in 1 bedroom the noise stopped. The bathroom continued to be noisy until the wind died down.

Central location in stunning Montepulciano. Host very quick to reply via WhatsApp with recommendations, tips for parking, etc. We loved staying in this historic building. Felt like staying at a relatives apartment- the rooms and furniture appear to be original with their own character (but very well maintained and clean). The rooftop has gorgeous views with an area to sit and enjoy this stunning area. The host recommended Cafe Poliziano- this is the epitome of my Italian cafe dreams- highly recommend.
