I liked the location - it is not in the centre of the town but it's very close to bus stops which is very convenient if you need to travel. Everything is in a walking distance anyway. I could leave my bags there after checking out although it took time to get the approval. Facilites are well kept.

The room is not very light - only one window to the yard. The room is not very big, just sufficient to sleep and have a suitcase. The TV is almost fake as you cannot use any service/watch TV channels.

A great location with a friendly bar in the corner for beers and water. Easy to reach Villa D'este and Villa Adriana by cheap and direct bus. Nice to walk around the town at night

The shower drips constantly, making a dripping noise - it leaks from the top joint. The airconditioning is great but has a super bright light on it telling the temperature and keeping us awake. A safe would be an asset.

Very Nice apartment, very nice location in the middle of town. Comfortable bed.

Visitors should be told when booking if they will be on 4th floor as there is no elevator. For older and physically compromised people, carrying luggage up to that floor is very difficult. Also the kitchen wasn't as well outfitted as other places we've stayed. No microwave or electric kettle, or dish detergent. And it would be really helpful to have instructions for the TV. Could not figure it out at all.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We collected the keys from nearby cafe, which also was the provider of a continental breakfast. The location was right in Tivoli, just had to be careful of the entry stairs. No lift in the building, but we where expecting that.

Took us a while to get the toilet flushing. Advised to press hard on the button, but we found it easier to press the button 4 times. No host to greet us, only by what's app and email.

The rooms are very comfortable, close to villa d'este and resturants. Close to bus station.

There is no lift. And although it is mentioned- it is very difficult with luggage. There is no staff there . They come to check you in and that is it, if you have qustions or you need they help it is only by phone...

This is less than 100m from the gardens. Room was quiet and comfortable.

The actual reception is two doors away. There is no lift (didn't bother us but the rooms are up on the second floor). We parked (pay at meter) before we checked in. There was no direction to the "secure parking" offered but our car was perfectly safe - luckily we found a space about 20m away but spaces can be hard to find. Cost of overnight onstreet parking was 12 euros.

Comfy beds, fab air con, plenty of towels annd pillows, and a perfect location in Tivoli. The host couldn't have been more helpful or polite. She offered to get an iron for us and helped with a taxi booking we needed. 5*!

The shower cubicle doors open half way which means if you are a larger person, it'd be a tight squeeze.

Cleanliness, polite and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located. Old historical building. All the sights of Tivoli are within walking distance, bus stops, restaurants, cafes, pizzerias are nearby. Blessings to the owners and employees of the hotel.

The location is very great, almost 100m from Villa d’este and the city centre is next to the apartment.

the smell from the bathroom is very terrible. I dont know its it from the toilet or the drain of shower, but if you dont close the door you will smell it in whole room.

comfy room, convenient position, lovely people who were very helpful. Lovely clean towels each day

No drinking glasses in the room. Had to drink wine out of the bottle. Front door steps are quite dangerous
