Staff is very nice, very helpful and always around. Everything was really nice, beach is beautiful and they also clean it.

There are several dogs and cats on the property that are always around you when you are in the restaurant. I don't know if they feed them or they only get food from guests, but would be nice that they control them at least in the resturant. I am allergic to cats hair and cats were climbing on us and on our table and didn't want to leave so we left to our room and next day asked for dinner in our room. I don't mind them around property, they are very peaceful, but in the restaurant for me is a no go.

The food wasn't great and could do with a bit more variety. I went diving at the resort next door and they had a massive fruit platter on the menu yet you couldn't get any fruit at this one, which given the cost, seems abit off Not easy to walk about the island, it's a dirt path with no sign posts and by night, there's no lights Not alot to do in the evenings but could just be i went out of season, so wouldn't recommend it if looking to party Bed was firm but I slept soundly on it

Everything was awesome. But the most important thing, is that they have a beach that looks like a pool with turquoise pristine water, white sand, practically no waves and it's private, which means that it's extra safe and you have it almost to yourself. It's only shared with some visitors of the hotel, plenty of space to swim or float... It's also very safe, because you can walk at least 50 meters and easily stand with your head above water. So clear, you can actually stand in the middle of the water and look down at your feet at the bottom. The temperature of the water is also perfect. I've been to several tropical destinations and this is my favorite beach so far. The staff is also very helpful and polite. I would have stayed more if I knew it was so good. And the food is top of the line, with good prices as well. You must try the "dessert of the day" and the "ceviche carretillero". We ate it 3 days in a row, it was so good 😊 You can also reach the town 30 minutes away by foot, it's very small but it has everything you might need.

This resort seemed to have the most actual beach and sand compared to other hotels on the island. I went on a boat ride around the island and lot of them didn’t have as much beach access. The employees were super helpful and kind. The room was great and comfortable! And there were plenty of lounge chairs, even with the day trippers, they never ran out of chairs.

It would be nice to have a pool as an option but honestly I prefer having a nice beach with beautiful sand to walk on so I really loved it

I get a room with sea wiev. Nice and clean.

In the room there is a gap between doors and flor. I was worried that some insects may come in. Happily only small (baby) gecon went inside :) In comparison to the other hotel that I was on island, beach was bigger but not nicer. Rocky, sharp sea bottom, lot of plants floating on the water. Food could be better. It is eco hotel. So they decided to put lot o signs saying what you should not to do. I feel guilty all the time. Don't use to much water, don't use to much aircondition, don't go fishing - every fish matter. Just the few examples. Maybe I shouldn't go to vacation there also? It is not very eco to have so long flight ;)

The location is excellent and the beach magnificent. It is a very idyllic place and we enjoyed a peaceful ambiance most of the days even though there are day-tourists visiting between 10 and 15.

They are not cleaning your room if you do not ask for it in the reception in the morning. One of the days we were there there were a bit too many daytime tourists visiting the beach making it a bit too crowded for our taste. The rooms are very simple and could need some maintenance.

Great food menu and value for money, especially for pescetarian. Amazing staff and location. They were beyond welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. Anything we needed they were able to provide. 10/10 would come back

I requested a 60 min massage and she told me it was finished after only 37 minutes and tried to charge me full price but I had a timer on my phone so I knew how long it actually was

Simply beautiful!! The staff was sweet and helpful in every situation, lovely welcome. Great restaurant and food. The two beaches available for the hotels are pure paradise! Is a nice place to relax

No storage in the room for clothes or places to hang out staff.

Some of the amenities could have been improved like water in the rooms. There was also limited hot water in the showers. The service in the restaurant could have been improved

Nice Resort with two private beaches. Room was cozy with AC and big bathroom.

The waiter added a “tip” to our dinner without asking and when brought up made it seem as it was a mandatory fee (mind you - this is in addition to any service frees).
