We were just passing throught, half way from welli to our destination. so only one night. liked it so much we rebooked for return journey (had to cancel due to flat tyre on a public holiday! > the staff were fine about this, so even more brownie points! ) The b&B was well kitted out with multiple cooking options ,indoor and out door spaces,off road parking next to property, Tv, wifi , library, cd's/player and local info., Some shared facilities , but if you are a sociable person no problem , we had a family room and our own toilet. (and exit door>french window) When we stayed there were no other guests., but could have kept to ourselves had we wanted to. Very affordable , clean tidy etc. . If you were a larger family/friends/reliees, woud be great . building has two toilets and 4 bedrooms (? ) also disabled access and disabled use toilet (check with property > I am not a realtor! I have more self respect ;) ) Annny way... would stay there again if I was in the area , and posssibly for several days . well worth the price . cheers. :)

the breakfast was limited, (bread and spreads) but we were not expecting one, and for the price, honestly, really no complaints at all.

Location was great for the kaupapa we were up there for. Other whanau members turned up not long after us because they had rented the room next door, so that was great. Very clean and tidy. Hassle free to enter with great instructions to use the key lockbox. Victoria was super helpful and had great communication.

I had the bottom bunk. I didn't have a very good sleep at all. The mattress sunk in the middle and then my neck was out of place from the pillows lol The blanket that was above the top sheet ((yes i could feel it through the sheet) old school army type blanket but the colourful one) had me scratching and irritated all night to the point that I thought there was bed bugs (there wasn't because when i took the blanket off, I was fine). I ended up taking it off the bed. This was only my bed. My friend and daughter had the best sleep.

Well concieved B&B, with private lockable bedrooms, a communal kitchen and lounge. We were fortunate enough to be the only guests, and so had the full house to ourselves. Victoria (owner) dropped by to make sure everything was ok, but otherwise left us alone. Will certainly come back if we're ever in Patea again.

Honestly, this was ideal - exactly what we needed.

Excellent stay here. House was well looked after and we'll equipped. Bedroom good size with plenty of space and air from patio doors. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and spacious. Shower good. Loads of towels. Longe and dining area very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and clean with everything functioning. Garden good and plenty of parking with easy access to the house. Shops nearby. Lovely walks, close to the beach.

The place was tidy, comfortable and spacious. I appreciated the hosts fast and friendly communication. The beds were really comfortable. For the cost it was great value and included breakfast as well. Would definitely stay again if I was to travel to Taranaki again.

I had a small issue with the shower however, the host was quick to offer a solution and was very helpful.

I would say excellent myself! Was nice and spacious, the cleaning service and restock of the foods for breakfast was also good. I personally thought it was nice and cosy.

Was a great stay. No complaints from us.

I stayed in two properties I preferred the second property on Elizabeth Street as I didn’t have to share with strangers not that they were bothersome I think I was a bother for them as I arrived real late in the evening and left early in the morning

Just the lock entry I found that bothersome as I couldn’t figure it out Sorry to the other man staying in property and Victoria

Ki ora, Bula vinaka I was very impressed with the staff communication And check in procedures were delivered by txt messages clearly as well, I sincerely appreciate her understanding about our delay in checking in as traveling all the way from Auckland Due to our first time visiting patea taranaki I highly recommend this facility it's a very spacious dewelling, cleaniness & hiygene measures are up to its level both interior and exterior of the dewelling are very beautiful, it's an absolute relaxing atmosphere in this hot summer in aotearoa I will be re-visiting patea in a month's time due to personal projects.... This upcoming visit may be larger in group size or lesser. But willing to book for a couple of weeks/ months depending on the duration of the projects and price if it could be Negotiated with the management Thanks a Sincere Thanks Shalvina /imtiaz & family

Facilities were great. Mum loved the bed, kids loved the TV. Aunty found it easy to maneuver around the place to tend to our family member who is disabled which was genuinely appreciated. Breakfast was easy to find too.

Nothing, everything was great

fantastic having cereal and bread and spreads. Also excellent having coffee and tea as much as you wanted. I did take my own bread and milk but it wasn't needed.

the sheets could of been 1oo% cotton less sweating having these. Only thing I could fault.
