The staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious. The bed is one of the bigest and most comfortable hotel beds I ever experienced. Parking is possible on sight

The hotel is situated next to a nice park, but otherwise not very central. But to be fair their are plenty of buses departing close bye. The showers have seen better days with some of the silicon coming off and black mold. There is no spa area. There is no free parking for guests, but rather you are charged 20Eur per night.

Pleasant and helpful staff, early check-in, excellent room with balcony and river view, sited so as to avoid direct morning and afternoon sun, closeness to park and bus, quiet room and no traffic noise, closeness to congress centre. appreciated the efficient air conditioning, toweling bathrobe, small refrigerator. enjoyed the small box of Lyon chocolates and complimentary glass water bottle and provision of bin for recyclables.

More power point's are needed. To boil the jug I had to plug it in on the floor near the door. I would have liked provision of a top sheet on the bed in addition to the donation. It was hot outside!

We had a top floor room with a view of the river. Large balcony was great for sipping coffee in the morning. For travellers, this hotel is located on a public transportation line and on the bike trail along the river, making access easy. The location right next to the Modern Art museum, and across from a large park with a zoo and botanical gardens, made getting out to explore easy. If you're looking to stay closer to the old town, this would not be a good choice, but with all of the options to get there, it's not bad either.

Location was far from tourist centers, however commute to them was quick and easy via bus, bike, or 20-30 min walk.

Having a very clean room ready upon my arrival but, much more importantly, very comfortable. The coffee that is available in the rooms is acceptable but can be improved. The wood-made room keys are fantastic. Valuable asset.

It would be great to have more soap bars, particularly for the bath. The elevator is quite slow. On my departing date, I checked out close to noon, the lobby was very busy, many people were using the lift and it took me much more time than expected to get down to the lobby.

Stayed at this hotel to attend a conference at the nearby conference center. The location is very convenient for this purpose and benefits from various cafes and restaurants nearby, on top of the hotel's own facilities. Having the park at the back of the hotel is also lovely for a little break or exercise.

The conference center and hotel are a little far from the center of Lyon (ca. 15/20 minutes by car), so it feels somewhat isolated, but nothing a short taxi ride won't fix!

Not in the centre of the city but with a range of bus choices to either the train station or the downtown. The fact of being slightly away from the city centre gives the place a bit tranquility and nice atmosphere, be it the museum, the park or the river. Most of the staff are friendly and caring. Breakfast is ok.

If only the hot water in the bathroom can be slightly a bit hotter

A warm thanks to Yasmine, the Italian check-in assistant who welcomed us. As she noticed that I'm Italian she immediately turned to me to speak in Italian and therefore make me feel even more at ease. We came with a luxury car and were a bit concerned that there may have not been space in the hotel private parking; Yasmine checked and there was a space for our car in a safe and secure environment. The hotel is very conveniently located by the conference center, by the entrance to the largest park in town and to a range of restaurants in a 2 minute walk; we also ordered room service and we had a great breakfast with lots of choice. All in all a great experience and we will be back next year, when we organise our global event at the conference center nearby.

It live up to its reputation in terms of quality. The room was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Although bathrobes and slippers were not initially provided in the room, the staff promptly brought them to me when I inquired at the front desk.

I was charged 100 euro deposit during check-in, which I understood was necessary. However during check-out, the process of refunding the deposit was confusing and time consuming. It almost caused to miss my scheduled train.

Ok I left my bag with my valuable items inside I was one hour away from the hotel and so I rang and explained they were very nonchalant in reply and was told it was as not there !! I rang my son who then contacted them and suddenly the bag was there !!
