Beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful and plaisant

The location is great for work but far from old Lyon for tourists activities. Luckily the buses run regularly, are conveniently located next to the hotel and easy to use. Gluten free options are almost non existent on the hotel restaurant menu (salad is not a solution when you stay for a week). There are many restaurants near the hotel but it is the same situation. The grocery store was also very far, (walking distance) so if you have food allergies, food is a real challenge. I understand that currently, France in general is not an easy place to travel when you are celiac, but hopefully that will change in time.

We stayed for 1 night in March 2024. We were here for a concert at L’Amphitheatre which was very close to this hotel. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The ensuite had a bath and shower. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The location was perfect for us but it is a bit out of town for those wanting to see more of Lyon. Travel to the hotel from the train station (Lyon Part Dieu) was straightforward by bus and reasonable.

There was a delay of around an hour for our room being ready. There was no fridge in the room.

Staff, room, breakfast (excellent) and location for my purpose as I had a meeting at the same compound. It is also adjacent to the river and next to a massive beautiful park

There was some repair going on my corridor. They kept the noise and disruption to a minimum . I wish I had one thin pillow among the four pillows on the bed😊

The bed in my room was very comfortable. The view of the river was wonderful to wake up to each morning. The showers never ran short of hot water, and it was nice to have a tub.

I did not like the fact that there was no refrigerator. I would have wanted to buy my own small items to eat for breakfast each morning. I didn't like that the hotel was far away from many of the great restaurants- always took about half an hour to reach the best restaurants around town at the very least. It took a lot of walking- which I suppose is good, if you are planning to eat a lot of rich food. I also did not like that the tub/shower glass partition was so small that it was very difficult to keep water from splashing onto the floor.

Locational advantage if meetings are at center Congress. Staff is superbly helpful. Smartly merged my multiple bookings and saved me from hassles of shifting rooms.

It’s way out of the city and one has to commute to downtown. Have to remind HK to keep checking and refilling toiletries since I was there for a long time.

Location is great, just in front of the hotel there is a bus station that you can easily reach the center within 10 minutes. Super convenient. There’s a huge packing area under the hotel. Very convenient if you’re traveling Ing by car. Rooms are clean and quiet. the bed is very comfortable. The restaurant under the hotel is great. we had our lunch and breakfast there. The quality of food is great. A huge park in front of the hotel.

There are no supermarkets or shops around.

The hotel is located in a lovely quiet area near the park. Easy reach by taxi/Uber. Convenient for congress venue use.

Room and hotel in general need a little bit of updating ( it has an old feel despite the large TV screen and few modern things). The mattress was too soft and not comfortable. The spider webs on the ceiling didn't help!! Expensive for what it is.. not good value for money.

The staff were exceptionally polite and professional. The restaurant had an amazing lunch menu offer. The location is convenient, if you like running you can reach the beautiful Parc de la Tete D'or in minutes.

The gym is poorly equipped: 2-3 bikes, one bench, a few steppers, one small Pilates ball, some weight plates and practically no hand-held weights.

nice view, window to open for getting in 'natural air' (rare and good); like to walk: near park, near path to old part of town (~100 min walk to town and back) room quiet and functional staff immensely friendly

breakfast ok (missed more diversity in fruits; but good: apple available all day); espresso drinkable, not more (since i only drink water - always available = good, and coffee this was a bummer for me; also: no place nearby with decent coffee after noon)

Rooms very quiet for sleeping. Great mattresses and bedding. First rate Wi-Fi. Very accommodating staff. Convenient on- site parking. Location convenient to expressways

The only real problem was that the breakfast lacked a few of the promised items such as natural yogurt and fried eggs. Perhaps they were available only on the a la carte menu.
