The location is very good everything that is needed is in walking distance The size of the suite is exceptional and the view from our balcony was great

I would have preferred to have had a more organised restaurant i.e a member of staff indicating where a table is available at busy Tim rather than walking around the restaurant

I loved the spacious room. The choice of food was great

We were on the 8th floor (we did request a high floor, so thank you) but the whole time during our stay one of the lifts was broken which meant we very often had to wait for ages for a lift. We also booked a room with a full sea view which turned out to only be a lateral sea view which we were very disappointed about

Breakfast, room, and location were excellent. But the only problem was parking. I think a hotel on that level should have parking for its guests.

They didn’t have smart TVs that you could connect to, so all you had was Spanish channels. That’s really the only downside that I could come up with.

I loved how modern the hotel was and the DJs , Saxophone and dancers during the day really made it for me , I feel like the hotel is for older families not great for small kids I’d say suitable for kids aged 5+

I personally feel that during the busy summer months the hotel shouldn’t be open to the public , it because very busy and during our stay there was some teenage kids causing trouble in the pool quite a lot and they were not staying in the hotel . I also feel the lifeguard should be at a height to oversee all the pools( the high seat was there but the lifeguards never once sat in it )which I think is a Spanish legality , they also should not have to man the towel station and check the towels on sunbeds they should be focused on the pool at all times .

The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had in a hotel. Every nationality was catered for. We really enjoyed it. The room was nicely situated with a Beautiful sea view, Clean and cool. The entertainment in the pool was great. Aqua Aerobics and lots of activities for the kids. The night time entertainment was fantastic. Again, best we’ve had in a hotel. Most of the staff were very helpful. we had a fantastic family holiday and would definitely return.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The lifeguard with the red hat was more concerned about sun beds than life guarding. We were worried that if we went to lunch or for a drink or swim as a family that our towels would be removed. Also no floats and rings in the pools which disappointed the kids. Had we had known before we wouldn’t have wasted our money on them.

The pool were freezing,, could have controlled using the temperature monitor.

Rooms could be a little more up to date (usb charging by beds etc) and have double beds instead of pushed together singles.

The pool was FREEZING so was unable to swim each day which was a huge disappointment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food.

The food was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The vegetables were overcooked (boiled to mush). The meat and fish were overcooked to the point that they were dry. It would be much better to have a selection of roasts (chicken, pork, beef) that were sliced as you collected it, or just shortly before would ensure that it was not cold or dried out.
