The stay was really pleasant. We didn’t do much in the town we stayed in, but it was at a comfortable distance from everywhere in Andorra for us. The best part was to discover that we could book a spa area for free in the hotel. It was a private space available to you for 45 minutes. Nothing extravagant. But a good sauna and jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great. The only thing to mention to be fixed is that in our room we had a smell of mold in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay here with our family (2 adults & 2 children), it had everything we needed for our stay. Great views from the apartment. We loved the games room and spa area. Good value breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful in assisting with any issues or queries. We'll definitely be happy to return.

Only slight negatives: - Wifi was generally slow. - Not the fault of the property, but there is no pedestrian walkway on the road outside, so you have to walk along the side of the main road to get to the town or lifts.

The apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay. Super dog friendly, lovely staff, spa, gym and excellent breakfast for only 5 euros and AMAZING mountain views. We had a perfect stay and would definitely recommend staying at Sant Andreu.

Beds were too soft and a bit uncomfortable for our preferences, but the place has so many other good things that we didn't bother. All in all, it's definitely a 10!

We really enjoyed our stay. Especially the breakfast for 5€ was plenty and good! The staff was very friendly and the bathroom was great, free Spa was also included (whirlpool and sauna). We got a discount to rent snowshoes at a store nearby. Close by was the restaurant "Surf Arinsal" which was simply delicious!!

There were no sidewalks on the road which was a bit scary. To walk down to the restaurants and up to the ski lift we had to walk on the road where some cars were speeding and it was dangerous in the dark,

The apartment has minimal but decent facilities, all in good shape and has decent quality. It is maybe not the largest space for family of 4, but for the 3 night stay it was pretty comfortable. It was a pretty comfortable sleep. Very large bathroom. Nice view from the balcony. Facilities within the building are also nice - free spa (don't forget to reserve it), game room with pool, PS2 (please upgrade it :) ), table football and darts. I couldn't manage to get some of those working and it's all pretty weared out, but for half an hour fun with kids it's good enough. Location is nice for us as we mostly came here for summer hiking, but the city centre is pretty close by with nice bars and restaurants. Nice and pretty cheap breakfast. I haven't checked with reception but it seems there was a barbecue that could be used by guests.

If you stay there with more than 2 people you have to use the sofa bed, which when expanded occupies most of the living room, making it hard to move around in the apartment for dining or cooking. Also this blocks the doors to the balcony. It would be also very useful if the bedroom would have been physically closed from the rest of the apartment. In the current setup it's either everyone going to bed or no one. Also, maybe not directly related to apartment, the location is not very safely accessible by foot. There are multiple segments of the road that do not have pavement on any side and no safety gaps (directly fence), so you have to literally walk in the car lanes while the road turns and you can't see the cars ahead of you. Not very useful with kids.

Location, facilities, cleanliness, the rooms overall. If there was a rating more than 10, I would have given that to Aparthotel. I enjoyed the free jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel is away from the city and this offers quiet neighbourhood and best part - free parking. They provide simple breakfast for Euro 5. We enjoyed our stay. Alberto and Malena were very helpful

The property is lovely with really great views. The staff were warm and welcoming. My special thanks to Susana who went over and above to help us. She booked our transfers, ski passes and equipment, along with the lessons. We are really grateful to her for everything she did for us.

The hill was a bit of a killer towards the end of our skiing holiday. As legs began to ache, the hill became harder to tackle.

Stunning views out to the mountains. Warm and cozy apartment, great for a family of four. Useful little terrace, Staff very friendly and good cheap breakfast. Good bar. Amazing we could use the spa just for us by booking a time slot. Went every night, we all loved it! Internet could be a little better but not important when you are surrounded by beautiful nature. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay Alberto, would love to come stay again soon!

Aparthotel Sant Andreu is conveniently located near the Arinsal gondola and ski lift. There is a bus stop in front of accommodation to go to other towns. The unit is clean and well-equipped. We had lovely views of the mountains from our lounge/kitchen and both bedrooms. Everything works well, the TV, microwave oven, cooker, dish washer, washer and dryer, heated towel racks, showers, hair dryer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Continental breakfast buffet is great value with very good coffee. We also enjoyed use of pool table and spa with sauna and jacuzzi. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Only thing lacking was hangers in bedroom closets for guests' convenience, otherwise nothing to fault about this lovely place.

The staff were amazingly welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was basic, but acceptable. As I said, the staff really made the whole difference.

there were three of us, all adults, and I had asked for two bedrooms, but we were all put in a one double bed area, off the corridor and which was open to the rest of the accommodation, and a sofa bed in the kitchen. Not what we were expecting or had thought we’d booked.
