The location in La Massana is very accessible to the bus stop going to Ordino or Andorra La Vella. We liked staying here than in Andorra La Vella. It was more relaxing.

There is no aircon in the room which might be a little hot during daytime in the summer. But temp is bearable though, there is electric fan. But during night time, temp is good if windows are open. Breakfast choices are not too many so can opt this out.

I was traveling with a UCI Mountain Bike Team for the World Cup. My wife joined me from Ireland taking the bus from Barcelona to the nearest town and then a short bus journey to the hotel. She had a great journey and was very welcomed by the hotel staff. We used the pools restaurants and bar and found the staff really helpfully. There is a very relaxed atmosphere through out the hotel while delivering excellent customer service. We had a room with a balcony onto the main road on the 3rd floor. It catches the morning sun until 12 on the front of the hotel and this was great as my wife worked from her laptop each morning in the room. Exceptional stay.

The staff at the hotel were outstanding, particularly Sylvie and Christina - ultra helpful both before we arrived in answering all my questions and while we were staying. We needed a PCR test before returning home and Christina organised everything for us.

We were on the top floor and so it got a bit hot with the heat rising through the hotel, but we managed to regulate the temperature by turning our radiators off and airing the room before we went to sleep.

More than wonderful hotel am sending this letter to thank you for the great experience I had in your hotel. I enjoyed my time at the hotel and every thing was so great and exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for the nice work and services you provided for your customers

the location was fantastic, rooms are basic but just what we needed. very clean and everyone are so friendly and helpful. special mention to Cristina.

just one small criticism with breakfast, we just hope that there could of some vegetables like tomatoes & cucumbers. we love our greens that’s all. im sure some guests will appreciate that too..

Loved this hotel! The two ladies on reception, Christina & Sylvia, were actually amazing, friendly, helpful, the perfect hosts! Also had a room upgrade which was lovely & totally unexpected!

Both, Location and room were great. The room was clean, comfortable and well decorated. Very easy to check in and to find the place. Very satisfied with the city itself, not as crowded as Andorra la Vella and very nice.

Staff offered us the possibility to park our vehicle in a private parking for 10€/day. It was a good option but we missed having more free parking spots around the hotel (obviously not their fault). It is located in a Main Street which has is good but, at the same time, it implies hearing some noise from the room.

at breakfast the staff (a gentleman) was quite unpleasant and although we were completely alone in the room, he was not willing to take the used dishes from the table...

AS most of the bedrooms in Andorra, there's no A/C. This specific weekend was tough, but at least they provided a fan (something other hotels don't).

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Great room, perfect location and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
