We arrived very late, but the receptionist welcomed us warmly and quickly checked us in so that we could rest as soon as possible. The hotel is clean and tidy, in a quiet location, and we weren't disturbed by anything. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with everything necessary. The only thing I would add is that bathrobes could be provided in the room. The interior is very beautiful and cozy, with a lighthouse that lights up. We really liked the décor, which gives a nautical theme and makes you feel like you're on a ship. Breakfast was an additional cost of around 13 euros per person, but we were tired and didn't feel like going to the store, so we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. There was a wide selection of food, and everything was very tasty. We also brought our dog with us, and he enjoyed it too. We noticed that many guests had brought their pets. The only downside is that there is an additional charge of about 15 euros per night for pets. Overall, we highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Our rooms television don't work and the reception is nice enough to upgrade our room to suite. I initially book the stay for my boyfriends birthday and I am happy for the upgrade.

Excellent service for my Insulin box, since the room had no fridge. Easy additional breakfast booking right at my redecision on the moring. Unfortunalely HanseDom is not longe part of the booking as years before.

The personal at the hotel is quite Amazing, very kind and helpful without being intrusive. Room had good space, one of the beads was quite comfortable. Close to water park and mall. Food is amazing, buffet breakfast and dinner was simply awesome.

One of the beds was a sofa-bed, very uncomfortable. Is a little bit far from old town.

Best feature was access to an excellent fitnesscentre and very good spa with saunas and cold tub. Also in connection with the HanseDom recreational pool centre (but did not have time to use). Good for families.

we had a nice time. the staffs were very nice and the breakfast was very good. the pool area was so nice that my kids didn’t want to go home.

one thing that was annoying is that the ambulance was driving pass every night making a lot of noise. it was disappointing that the slides was not working. I

Building needs renovation from outside, the house looks old and a little dirty and old! inside of the hotel and the rooms have been renovated and all in all they were quite comfortable, family room big enough! all was good but work on renovating the hotels facade!

the hotels facade is a little drawback and ugly! Even a little coloring would help!
