The room was nice and clean. We have room with 2 bedrooms and they were so well cleaned and comfortable. the kitchen and table was very practise and clean.

They have sent the check in form on the day we had to check in to get code into hotel.( Otherwise. I did not find a way to get into hotel as it need code to enter.) However, i have tried but there was an error and internet in the area was so weak. Therefore, I have sent hotel a message to ask if i could do check in there but i did not get response. i needed to ask my husband at home to do for me on PC. When we were there, i did not see reception area and staff. If they send the form perhaps a few days before, i will have time to do.

Booked 5 days on 6th floor. Easy Access using code, basic facilities available. Space is acceptable for Zurich's rooms. Will I book again? YES, for sure, but they have to fix the House keeping issue & the Booking process that requires sharing your Passport with unknown owner.

#Again, owners on Booking ask you (FORCES) you to send your Passport & other guests passports before sharing the access details. I already booked & paid at booking.com, but the owner sends you email forcing you to share such SENSITIVE data with him, else no ACCESS, your booking is useless. #No HOUSEKEEPING, stayed from Wednesday until Monday, ZERO House keeping. #The shower LEAKs water outside the toilet, the floor is sinking with water, no more towels, still everyday I come back & find no Housekeeping.

Was everything clean , it’s all new and modern , staff was very friendly and useful .

There’s no sink to do the dishes, you must do them at the bathroom sink , and the shower wasn’t easy to regulate the water temperature , all the time was changing between extremely hot or cold. The internet was offline for almost 2 days .

I wrote several messages to the owner about parking and that I need for 1 room to have the stay for one day shorter. About the parking I've never recevied an confirmation and I needed to write for the codes. About the shorter stay nobody ever replied so I had to pay the whole time. Communication was very bad. If it was not about more money to pay they never replied. I wrote then 3 times via Booking, I wrote 2 e-mails and I tried to call. Nothing happened. Because of that I do not recommend.

The facilities were of a very high standard and once I had arranged to get the code to allow me entry to the complex then everything was very good.

Breakfast was not included as far as I was aware. It was rather irritating to be asked repeatedly in additional emails to supply identification which was done immediately I received the initial request and that this meant also that no access details were sent until I rang on the day of my arrival.

The apartment was nice because there‘s a mini kitchen and utensils are provided. Close to the tram and S-Bahn stations

Personal were unable to understand German or even English. The rooms were not cleaned for the whole duration of the stay. I don’t know if it should be automatic or should we have asked.

No check in and out process. So close train and tramway station only 2 min. Fully equipped room.toiletries, microwave, coffee machine ok but no coffee, kettle ok but no tea, to arrive city center only 9 min by train, airport 6 min. Good customer care. All questions are replied in a short time.

No tea and coffee. No salt. No slippers. And inventory list in the room make anxious.

Modern, clean, and well equipped studio with bathroom amenities. Non-smoking building. Good location. Spa, nice lobby area with working spaces, and the laundry room available at the property. Easy communication and fast response by customer service. Good value for money.

The building is still under construction, so not all the facilities were available at the property. In addition, we had the evacuation alert, TV turned on by itself, and had some issues to access laundry room. Hope all this things was due to a construction works at the property and will be resolved soon. The building is next to the train station, so might be a little bit noisy, especially if you keep window open. No air conditioner (only fan available).

Good Location, Near to train/tram station, Nice lobby with sitting arrangements and conference room for meetings. Migros and coop markets were very near, on walking distance, Petrol/Gas station near by, Gym and spa option was very nice. Uber Eats delivers your food easily and quickly.

Bed was too small, and if you are with your infant baby, very difficult to adjust in such bed. AC was poor, not good colling. Access code was easy as got via email, but if by any chance you arrived early, the access code will not work, as you have to wait for your check-in time so the code gets activated. some what it is good but early check-ins should be also accepted. No customer service staff available on site. Its restaurant with very limited breakfast options.

The location was just one tram stop away from the airport, so its perfect if you have an early morning flight. The partment is tiny but nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice, the shampoo and bath soap were amazing. Bathrobes and clean towels were a plus point.

1. There are warning signs of possible fines everywhere in the apartment and outside, it's very unwelcoming. Eg 'Do not toast bread in the microwave, there will be a 2000 euro fine for calling an ambulance incase of smoke' 'do not leave trash outside the apartment, there be a 250 euro fine' 2. Cooking area is too small. No Working space at all and not enough amenities. Cooking pot was only one, until we went to ask for extra at reception. 3. It's near the train station, so there was noise through the night.
