Had to leave too early - no breakfast at that time. Bit enjoyed a dinner at the hotel restaurant

Quite a distance to flight departure. Taxi needed at early/late hours which makes the stay more expensive

Chose this hotel a bit farther from the airport as we found a great price on Booking.com. First time stay in this very nice hotel, but what made it the best experience was our receptionist, Akim. He was SO friendly and helpful, he really went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Room was soundproof even though it was next to the airport, yet you could open the windows if you desired. Very comfortable bed & shower, plenty of outlets for powering up electronics. Did not use the breakfast option. McDonalds restaurant attached to the property, but didn't use that either. An Aldis and Migros was across the street for last minute chocolate buying before going home. Bus stop right across the street, busses every 30 minutes with easy 15 minute bus ride to airport. Will add this property to my go-to list when flying out of Zurich.

1) The beds were comfortable. 2) The breakfast was very good, but expensive for us. 3) The tea maker and the cups etc. in the room were very useful. 5) The airport shuttle service was very convenient, but expensive for us.

1) A microwave with some plates, spoons etc. would be very useful if can be provided in the room. 2) The study table light should be separate. It was disturbing to another sleeping person when I switched on the table light and other two blubs became on also. 3) More supplies of tea bags, milk and sugar pouches should be available in the room.

Value for Money: A good choice when you’re looking for Radisson-level standards at a more budget-friendly price. Convenient Location: Close to Zürich Airport, making it practical for travelers. Parking Options: Both nearby parking and underground parking are available, adding flexibility for guests. Quiet Atmosphere: Despite being near the airport, the hotel is relatively quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Bathroom Design: The pre-built bathroom inside the room felt a bit like a budget compromise, which detracts slightly from the overall experience.

The location of the property was perfect for our short stay of 22 hours and easy access to the train station helped us to visit Zurich Centre as well. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities that you’d need though we found the idea of the toilet and the shower room being separate in that manner odd but it served its purpose well.

Ok here is where they need to look into a few things such as; 1. The shower gel dispenser wasn’t working, 2. None of the TV channels were functioning and when i called the receptionist from the room phone to complain about the problem i got a €1.70 charge for it in my final bill which i was surprised to see on my final bill while i was going to the airport..unbelievable. Also i was told that the issue can only be sorted out on Monday!!

I chose Radisson rumlang because of its proximity to the airport. The area is however also surrounded by a shopping complex, cafés and dining options which was great. City center old town was a 20 minute ride in cab and other modes of transportation were also handy. The staff was very professional and I enjoyed my short stay at the hotel. The shower area was uniquely placed by the room but was doable. The room was very well heated, clean had sufficient variety of tea, coffee, hot chocolate powder and water bottles.

Nothing as everything was great

The cleanliness was the most important thing. The towels were changed every day. The room was good as well, spacious, and included most of our needs.

The double bed should have a whole mattress, not two separate ones joined as 1, as it is very uncomfortable. Possibly, the windows could be double-glazed (or more if need be), as at night, we could hear people talking in outdoor parking in front of McDonald's and cars coming in and out. We were on the top floor and could hear these. If possible, it would be useful to include a small refrigerator to store drinks or other food.

My partner and I stayed in the Radisson Hotel Zürich airport for two nights and we thought the hotel was excellent value for money, considering the time of year and busyness of the city while we stayed. The room was spacious with a very large bed, and the room was airy and light. The staff were extremely helpful and, given the hotel is a 10 minute walk from a direct train into the city centre, it is an excellent base for those in Zürich for a couple of nights.

The only thing I could say, which has been mentioned several times, is the shower. This would be a bigger problem for those staying with friends or children, but it is still quite inconvenient to have the shower in the middle of the room with a lack of privacy.

Really spacious rooms, comfortable beds, air con was great, close to airport, shuttle service being available was handy, close to train station, overall great to wind down and head to the airport the next day vibe

Some staff were great and attentive to us, however were visibly not happy to be working there around others and badmouthing other guests as well as internal staff loudly. Shuttle service didn't have much urgency but was great to have overall, not ideal you had to pay for it for being an airport hotel and not having essential utilities available (e.g weight or scale for luggage)
