This hotel is quiet and well maintained with a very nice atmosphere. Phnom Penh is a bustling city with lots going on but here the vibe is very friendly and quiet. The inner city is marked by a lot of noise, traffic, bars and poor people trying to get money in any way possible. At BK Hotel there is a serene environment away from the streets, a security guard, friendly and helpful staff, a restaurant at the front gate and shops are accessible if you grab a tuk tuk.

A slight difficulty is the sparsity of highly effective English speakers but this can be overcome with some patience. The staff do try and are very good-hearted. The lack of convenience stores within easy walking distance is another slight difficulty but can be easily overcome by using a local tuk tuk.

The location was quite convenient for me, because I only had to visit Aeon Mall Sen Sok, which isn't far from the hotel. There's a food stall right in front of the entrance to the hotel, and there are more within a few minutes walking distance. The room was quite spacious and apart from the "kitchen" sink, it was very clean. Aircon and water supply worked well. The property is guarded, so it felt safe to park my bicycle there. The young lady of the staff who prepared my room at check-in was very friendly and helpful. I think the value for the money is quite good for Phnom Penh.

The "kitchen" sink wasn't clean. The mattress was only a quite thin layer of relatively soft foam, it wasn't really comfortable, however for one night it was okay.

A nice room with a good design, a comfortable big bed, TV with various channels, good Wi-Fi, there was hot water, as well as an electric kettle with coffee, tea, and water. A small refrigerator, air conditioner, slippers, clean towels in the shower, soap and shampoo. Very friendly staff, near the hotel there is a street cafe and a restaurant where you can eat. There is parking and 24-hour security.

A little noisy, because the hotel is near the road. Also far from the center if that matters to anyone

I stayed here for one night after a late arrival into Phnom Penh. This is a perfect spot to crash after a long flight - close to the airport, clean, and quiet. The reception was welcoming and kind, even though I was exhausted and it was after midnight. They helped me with my luggage which was much appreciated. My room was clean and quiet. The shower was great and I had everything I needed to enjoy a peaceful evening. Thank you for everything!

Even though a bit out of the centre of the city, the staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a good restaurant just at the entrance and tuk tuks are always available. The rooms are very clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable 👌🏼

It is "out in the suburbs" but after being in the city centre, that's not always a bad thing.

Got there really early from a night bus and they helped me check in early for a small additional charge. It was very nice to be able to get more rest. Bed was comfortable and the AC worked well.

Room was a bit different than pictured and the bathroom had a rather strong smell.

I stayed for only one night because i missed my bus, i had a nice stay Receptionist is super friendly There is a small mall within walking distance and local restaurants, not much else, but i had no trouble getting a grab, so that's fine It is quiet at night Clean room and in good condition, balcony, comfy bed

Large room for the price. Comfortable bed and linens. Cold air conditioner, fast WiFi. Convenient location for what I was planning to do and that is shopping at Global House. Will I stay here again? Yes! The staff are very accommodating. I can't ask for more.
