Staff were very welcoming and friendly - thank you. Location was great - city centre and a few minutes' walk to the cathedral, but still good value. Excellent breakfast with options To Go, which were very helpful. The facilties were relatively basic, but great value and we were only there for one night - it had everything we needed including a hair dryer, power points by the beds, awesome shower and lovely staff

Nothing that the hotel can do anything about, but the city is taking down a bridge right outside at the moment (July 2024) and building a square so navigating the roads and getting to the hotel with the diversions is more tricky than normal. Still, going round/getting lost a few times lets you see more of the city!

The location is perfect for walking. Many of the attractions that Reims is known for can be easily reached by foot. The cathedral is magnificient. Great architecture all around the city. Friendly and helpful staff personnel. Breakfast was excellent quite easy to eat too much.

Supposedly there is a blue card that can be purchased for 2 euros that lets you park right across the street from the hotel. We were never able to find where the card is sold. We asked the tourist office - they never heard of it. Parking in the hotel lot is limited and if you leave during the day by car, there may not be a space when you return (even if you have paid for it) This did not happen to us but we were told (by staff) that could happen. If the Blue Card exists, the hotel should be able to tell guest where it is available.

The room was very clean, the bed was excellent, good size room, good size bathroom with a walk in shower, very secure car park at a reasonable price. The breakfast was good and it's about a 10 minute walk into Reims town centre.

There is a lot of building work taking place around the hotel and the large machines being diggers and jackhammers etc start at 6.30am and they work until late afternoon so you may find it very noisy and very dusty when you are leaving the hotel. Too be honest it did not bother me but it seemed to bother some of the guests.

Centrally located . Five minute walk to the centre. Clean , modern room. The hotel is on a busy road and there is building work but you can’t hear anything in the room. We had a really peaceful, comfortable night’s sleep. The outdoor seating area is useful. Breakfast was excellent- plentiful and fresh. One of the best breakfasts we had on our trip.

There are road closures due to a bridge being demolished which meant we couldn’t work out how to get to the car park. Directions to the car park would be really useful.

Great efficient air conditioning, very attentive front of house service from man who checked us in and sorted out getting my laundry done.

Shower screen let a lot of water escape, this appears a long term issue which has led to damage and rust near door. The breakfast area is very cramped, perhaps too much space given to the bar(which was very empty) at the cost of a comfortable experience at breakfast (which was very cramped).

Its central position and the staff. I feel a young man, a versatile member of staff, acting as receptionist, parking problem solver and an extra pair of hands during the breakfast rush, truly deserves a special mention. He was reassuring in his advice both before and after our arrival in Reims. He moved his car to allow us to take his place in the hotel’s secure parking which, although very appreciated and rare, is also very limited for spaces. I hope the Ibis Style realises the value of its staff and truly appreciates the efforts of this young man and the whole team.

The colour scheme does not lend itself to relaxation. The room temperature is far too high for a good night’s sleep

The location is good , just about few minutes walk-about to the Notre-Dame, and city centre, and you can park your car in the public parking lot, a front of the hotel just cross over , for €4,- per day .that’s very cheap for France . The room is okay, good big matras, but no coffee/the maker . It’s fine hotel for this category.

Very welcoming staff, very helpful too. This hotel is in a great, quiet location. The shower was super strong and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was superb - really impressed with the choices and beautiful oranges you squeeze yourself. I would highly recommend this hotel. Parking secure and easy to access.

Nothing to dislike.

Great central location close to cathedral and bars/restaurants/shops, two clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, secure parking, tasty and abundant breakfast with fresh orange juice - always a good sign! We had advanced notice of major external road construction work but everything was so quiet.

Good place, only 10-minute walk to the Cathedral. Fresh orange juice for breakfast, conveniently accessible by car, easy to find a public parking nearby. Fast internet. Quiet rooms to spend a night

New price policy. I am sorry, but 120-130€/night for a place like this is overpriced.
