Good location with gated parking in central area of Riems, with good breakfast. Glad we opted for this hotel with parking as parking a bit of a problem in busy city center. Front desk staff friendly and helpful when we had a few questions. Breakfast area had plenty of space. Quiet area at night, seemed to be a good neighborhood, and still within walking distance of some sights. Not newest hotel but still nicely furnished and art in rooms. Will return here again on next visit. Gave it an 8 score because of included breakfast and parking.

Bathroom was clean but a bit out-dated, old look in our room and in need of renovation. Everything worked fine at least. Parking should just be included in the room price.

Since the comments were bad I was expecting issues but it was a nice stay. Definitely the best price performance balanced hotel. It was clean enough and all equipments were enough. The location is just perfect, in the city center!

The hotel definitely exceeded my expectasions: the room was quite big, with a nice big window overlooking the Cathedral of Notre Dame and the Ferris Wheel. The bathroom was spacious, it had everything we needed from towels of various sizes to soaps. We were even given free flavoured water and a small patisserie. The hotel is located near the biggest road in the city, full of shops and restaurants, but it still was very quiet. There is even a Spa, located downstairs with a beautician, opened Mon-Saturday.

The fixtures of doors and windows aren't really new, they could be changed. And maybe also the moquette is not my favourite thing but overall the room was very nice.

The hotel location is ideal for me. It is about 10 minutes walk to the city centre. There was a nice view on to the street, I had a room at the front of the hotel.

There was no soap in the dispenser in the bathroom. The hotel car park was full. Luckily I found a parking space on the street not far from the hotel.

The bed was comfy and the linens were clean. It was a really great location. Good breakfast.

It was quite filthy. I had to keep my shoes on I side the room because the carpet was gross and sticky everywhere. Under the sheets, the bed had no mattress cover and the mattress was stained.

The hotel location was good, about 5-10 minutes walk from the city centre. I used the dedicated car park on site, which was convenient. The room was a reasonable size and clean. However I felt the general decor inside the hotel was perhaps a little tired. The breakfast was a typical French cold buffet. However I did like that they also had bacon and scrambled egg, which was the option I took. The city was lively on the Friday night I stayed there, with a good selection of restaurants and bars. The city also looked quite picturesque, it was a shame I couldn't have stayed longer to explore. Maybe next time...

The television in the room wasn't working properly, it looked like there was a major malfunction with the pixels. However this wasn't a big problem for me as I didn't watch much of it anyway. The main front door to my hotel room slammed shut really hard, which made me jump a couple of times.

Great responsive service from staff, really helpful arranging rooms that were close. Always helpful and charming.

The building was being refurbished and was clearly in need of this. I look forward to seeing it when its done. Another negative is the use of a plastic sheet under the bottom sheet. These are DREADFUL for guests. As well as making you wake up in the middle of the night wet with sweat, they carry the implication that guests can't be trusted with a good mattress. Other Kyriad Hotels don't have it. Please stop using them.

The hotel location was close to everything we wanted to do. The hotel front desk and the breakfast staff were great, willing to help and very friendly.

Room carpet was not as clean as it expected. The hallway room entrance had a very nasty spot, it looked like a dog poop. The room door frame lock made us feel like somebody broke into the room and poorly repaired, we felt very insecure. Breakfast hot buns were nice and hot on the outside and cold/frozen in the inside.

The hotel was newly reconstructed. We booked a three bedded room which we found very large with nice furniture. Bathroom was beautiful. The location is great, right in the center of the city with plenty of restaurants. We had a view of the cathedral. Receptionist was kind and helpful and recommended us what to visit on public holiday. Two weeks ago we stayed i Kyriad in Torcy which was much more basic than this one. We had read terrible reviews but we were surprised and very satisfied.

The light in the toilet did not work properly.

Nice room, location was good, easy to walk to everything we wanted to do. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment.

Although we booked parking, the parking was very tight and cramped.
