Great central location, in a quiet street.

Fantastic location. Helpful owner. Easy check in. Close to beach and all bars, restaurants etc. Fantastic value for money. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect.

It was absolutely brilliant first time I’ve took my children to a hotel overnight stay . they loved it I did to. It was so close to all arcades town centre seafront good location for a family. The staff are lovely and helpful The bedroom was lovely and cosy big enough for me and my 2 children. everything was perfect Thankyou little Emily we were very happy with are stay we will definitely be returning again.

Apart from the seagulls waking me up early hours in the morning 🤣. there is nothing I didn’t like the hotel was perfect for us

The location was perfect for us with a 4 year old. The room was clean and tidy. I liked that you just used codes and didn’t need to worry about losing keys!

I wasn’t happy there wasn’t any mattress or pillow protectors used which when I striped the beds I noticed some stains. The view out of the window would be nicer if there wasn’t items of clothing thrown out the windows. Maybe some nice flower boxes?! The squeaky door right outside our room was a little annoying through the night.

The location of the hotel was excellent, the immediate connection to the WiFi & parking. l liked the room as it had a balcony and a sea view. The manager was very helpful on arrival and when booking in. I was also allowed into my room before the allocated time of 15:00.

Unfortunatley through no fault of our hotel owners, the noise levels coming from other hoteliers customers until the early hours of the morning.

The room was gorgeous, the instructions for check in/out were clear, accommodating for later arrivals and easy to follow. The area was lovely, no issues with noise overnight and the facilities were pleasant. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Was very good quality for the price also.

The only thing we would have liked would be a fan in the room, as it got quite warm with the hot weather however we didn't feel comfortable leaving the balcony doors/windows open due to having an adjoining balcony with the next room. Otherwise, very happy with everything.

The property is in a quiet location but also very close to the centre of Great Yarmouth town centre. The room was comfortable & warm with lots of storage, plentiful tea making facilities and our own en suite bathroom/toilet. Bedding was clean and the bed very comfortable. A great night sleep was had. A great guest house and on the radar for our next stay in Gt Yarmouth.

Nothing NOT to like. 100% GREAT stay

Our 2nd stay at this guest house. A pleasant stay in a nice, quiet part of town. Very close to the seafront and also the town centre. Room was cosy with fresh bed linen and complimentary shower products but best of all, the room was also provided with a fridge. Great for keeping our drinks cold overnight !! All in all a great place to stay.

Only slight gripe was having been provided with 2 towels

Great location, great shower with plenty of hot water, parking wasn’t a problem has the owner shorted it out, 24 hrs for £5, it was basic in side but clean and tidy, bed was comfy and it had a fridge in the room , coffee n tea facilities, the main entrance had a electronic number system, which was easy to use ,

We really enjoyed our stay and it was great value for money, compared to other hotels, Great Yarmouth was fabulous, something for everyone,

The location was central to the town centre but didnt suffer from the usual pub/club noises. The property itself was well kept. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped and for the priced we paid, it was superb !!. We had a minor issue on entering the property but within 1 minute we were assisted by the owner who couldn't have been more helpful.
