I booked a tripple delux room. I rated it 10/10 based on price and location. Since the price of stay was nominal it was excelent value, if you want more nicer appartment or hotel, you would definitely pay more, obviously you get is what you pay for, so I was quite happy what I got. Whenever I had any queries I got all the answers on phone or message as there was no on site reception. But saw the manager few times though. Location was excelent, had private off street parking for £5 a day, there was another option for £3.

No enough furniture for storage. But we adjusted.

Nice and roomy, lots of light, nice and clean. Useful kitchen. Good location near to shops and beach

No complaints about the inside and staff but the kerb all round the building was full of cigarette buts. The council cleaning machine was not able to do this because cars were parked there all of the time. I would have occasionally gone out with a broom and dust pan to sweep them up as I am sure most of them were generated by the guests! It would have given a better impression of the hotel. Some parts of Great Yarmouth were very pleasurable but back streets a bit like bed sit land and saw quite a few drinkers/homeless sleeping on the pavement

The Studiotel was very clean and comfortable. I need a mobility scooter and there was a very accessible ramp into the property and plenty of room inside the apartment. It was comfortable and the temperature was comfortable. The wet room also had plenty of room. The kitchenette was adequate for our needs. We were met by the caretaker who was very pleasant and helpful.

The only thing was that the water in the wet room sink wasn't hot very often. Nothing else to do with the Studiotel but the local taxis didn't cater for my mobility scooter late in the evening. After ringing a lot of companies I found one that could to go out early evening but not for a late evening return.

Location perfect

The electric hob hard to use could do with instructions, kids can easily get in oven and cupboards so a lock option would help, the sofa are or seating isn't enough, the sofa is small and uncomfortable, the table and chairs would be better as a gold out option for eating on, seams a shame as gone to the trouble with the kitchenette area but hard to make it work, also with the telly ect feels like a lounge but no room to relax, which is why I marked that are down, better corner sofas, and fold out sofa, would be perfect, and would make it unbeatable. As great location great price, ease of use and parking fantastic. Those changes like I say would be unbeatable to rivals in the area

It was the perfect place for anyone who wanted the convenience of a hotel but the privacy an independence of an apartment. Honestly, even though there was no reception, when we requested an extra set of towels we had them within 15min. The manager was brilliant and helpful, and the keyless system was genius no keys to lose on holiday. Would 100% stay here again.

For safety reasons, the windows didn't open very wide at all so, for us,a lack of fresh air. But the apartment had a lovely fan that kept things cool and fresh. The pull out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but okay for a couple of nights.

Location was perfect, short walk to the beach and about a half hour walk from the park and riverfront.. Apartment had main facilities I would expect and kitchen had microwave and induction hob. We went in March before the peak season so parking was not a problem. Well heated and 24 hour hot water. Main supermarkets are a short drive away and convenience store about 10 mins walk. Easy to get out of town of you're interested in visiting the rest of Norfolk...

Not much

Room was clean and tidy, decent size, decent TV and ensuite etc. Room was everything you would expect and parking we booked separately was literally across the road. No staff but text instructions were sufficient

Wasn't our kind of area, struggled for decent food in the surrounding area with no real chain pubs/restaurants. Lots of things closed out of season including a lot of the high street shops

Great location, literally a couple of minutes walk from the beach and pier. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Communication was very quick in responding and accommodating to us having a slightly later check out and use of car park

Only one issue was the remote didn't seem to work properly to the TV. Tried replacing the batteries but no joy. Could barely change the channel, smart features were unusable

close to the beach and main attractions very spacious room clean and stocked kitchen (eg. plates, pots, cutlery) secure locking system Tv had many channels (eg. Netflix, YouTube) The staff were very lovely and welcoming, we had one small personal issue when we arrived and Paul was very polite and fixed the problem in record time! I would 100% stay here again and recommend this hotel for any traveler

Very loud neighbours (But the property has no control over that) beds felt a little unsteady no lock on the bathroom sofa very small

I did like the option of not having to use a key or a card to unlock our door I also liked the option of having off street parking available just over the road from the hotel

The bed could have been a little bit more comfortable and there was a big crack going down the wall in the bathroom and the main window to our room was broken and letting in some cold air other than this the hotel was really pleasant
