Really spacious rooms with lots of storage space. Extras such as beach towels, bag, hats and umbrella all in the room. Excellent breakfast - we asked for hoppers and dahl which they made especially for us with no hassle. Quiet location close to the beach. All staff very attentive and helpful. Pamudu really ensured we had a great stay. He went above and beyond to accommodate any requests.

1. The pool is not for all, only for those who books the room with it. 2. We found a scorpion in the balcony, it was alive! Thanks the staff, they immediately liquidated it, but nevertheless…they are poisonous.

I was working in the hotel using video calls - Comfortable rooms with large bath, air conditioner and balcony - Everyday they clean up the room, change the bedclothes and towels and make figures from them and put bottles with drinking water for free - In the bathroom there are all necessary things such as shampoo, gel, toothpaste with toothbrush, bathrobes, etc - They also provide you beach stuff such as hats, beach towels and basket for free - Great location! It is near to the beach, near to the main road with cafes and restaurants and the same time it is far from the noisy places - Staff is really attentive, helpful and friendly This hotel should have 5 stars! I really enjoyed 10 days living there!

Our 3 night stay . The location was perfect , close enough to smell the sea , yet far enough to enjoy the tranquillity and serenity. We were staying on the 4 th floor ( newer wing) rooms are large , modern , well lit comfortable and clean. Staff were very attentive and were always cleaning the place. As we were a couple of minutes off, the beach had the option to enjoy the diverse cafes , restaurants, and the bustling nightlife. Dilshan, the manager, is a very grounded, approachable, and friendly person who went above and beyond to ensure our requirements were met. We strongly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Villa is just wonderful! All photos are true. Perfect cleanliness and comfort everywhere. From the balcony you can watch squirrels jumping and peacocks and parrots flying . A very tasty and rich breakfast. To the beach and to the street with restaurants minutes 5-7 quiet walk. Special thanks to the manager and all the team, the guys were very helpful and friendly. Big thanks from all my family! I highly recommend!

The location was perfect. Very close to local restaurants and the beach with just 5 minutes walk away. But also very peaceful day and night :) The room was spotless and built to a high standard. In fact…. It was one of the best we stayed in during our trip in Sri Lanka. We even booked another night which we didn’t plan as we loved it so much. The staff are very kind and helpful - thank you! I would definitely come back to stay here on my next visit!

This guesthouse with four rooms is in 5 min walking distance from the outer edge of Unawatuna beach. It is luxurious and very clean. We read before about the big bathroom and it was the biggest shower I've ever seen in my life! Breakfast was made to the time of our preference.

We were a bit unlucky with the location of our room: ground floor, along the entrance. With only one window facing the entrance, right opposite the bed, this felt a bit unprivate. The staff was very eager to help and keep things clean - maybe a bit too much as during the (daily) cleaning process, all our stuff was touched and moved. With best intentions to reach every spot of course, but still, it felt a bit weird to search for our items in all drawers without having been asked first if this is okay for us.

Nestled on a quiet street, it was remarkably close to all the attractions, allowing for convenient exploration on foot. Despite its central location, the peaceful ambiance of the area ensured a restful stay. The staff members were incredibly accommodating and friendly, going out of their way to ensure guests felt welcomed and at ease. Their exceptional hospitality truly made my stay memorable, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Super comfortable, clean, cozy and quiet room in a quiet area of Unawatuna with a huge luxury bathroom. The staff is extremely helpful and nice, especially Pamadu and Lakruwan made our stay here a pleasure. The room is very clean and had a nice balcony. We got all our special requirements for breakfast fulfilled and even got some extra dish cooked just for us. Our stay here was extraordinary good, if we come back to Sri Lanka we will definetly come back to this place again.
