I read the reviews before deciding on this property. I needed clean, quiet, safe location for me & my wife. We found all those plus more! PROS: easy to find, restaurants nearby, very close to our venue-Crown Complex, very kind & friendly staff, great breakfast, delicious coffee, quiet room, clean room, clean lobby area, and we felt safe coming, going, and during our stay PLUS excellent price! We would highly recommend!

CONS: the tile floor in the elevator was cracked in several areas, the luggage carts looked a little shabby, there was no ice machine on our floor, and the room microwave would not clear (wife was concerned...). But those were very minor compared to the overwhelming GREAT things about this property. We would highly recommend!

The location was 15 minutes from the Crown complex where we were attending a concert. Easy trip to, and from. The hotel was very convenient right off interstate 95. It felt like a safe location because there were multiple hotels and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was convenient and offered a small variety of selections. The hotel was updated in the room and bathroom were nice.

A little more variety in breakfast options. More bread selections, and more fruit options.

The early evening front desk clerk was very kind and helpful in upgrading the double I booked on-line to a king. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was also quiet. We could not hear anything or anyone from outside the room. We were able to draw the curtains and block out all outside light sources. We slept very well and were truly refreshed and ready to continue our drive back to Florida. The morning staff and breakfast were wonderful also! We will definitely be back on our treks to and fro the north.

Very Clean. Spacious. Good breakfast. Has microwave and big mini fridge. Nice size bathroom and toiletries. Free coffee and cookies at reception. We will definitely come back.

No direct charger to charge phones other than outlets on the night lamp. Bring your own charger. We only had the wires and couldn't charge our phones. Needs updating on that.But not a deal breaker for us.

The staff were so lovely. The room was large and light. Plenty of storage and a good aircon unit. Regular cleaning in the room. Breakfast was good, certainly all that we needed and it was included in the price. We loved that coffee, juice & fresh cookies were available 24/7. My husband gets up around 430am and could go down and watch TV and drink coffee and let me sleep. In short, we were very happy there for our 10 night stay and will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast area a little bit small.

it was perfectly located with ample choice of easily walkable to restaurants in the vicinity such as Ruby Tuesdays and Crackerbarrel. we wanted something close to the free way as it was an overnight purely to break a long journey. The breakfast which was included with the room rate was fantastic.

the little pool was not maintained properly so it had a lot of debris in it - our only complaint

Location was great, right off of I-95, there was a couple of good food choices available in the area. The staff was extrememly friendly and helpful both when we checked in and when we checked out. It was nice after a long road trip to be greeted with a friendly smile.

The place was very clean but some of our furniture in the room was very dated and worn out looking.

The people who work there were super nice…always had a smile on. The Breakfast lady, was the best too…always cleaning and always keeping on top of the hot breakfast, making sure everything was plentiful when other guests entered the breakfast area. The Manager of this facility, was pleasant and always smiling and chatting with everyone. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we will continue to stay there, anytime we head up North.

The great staff, to include housekeeping and support, make this place a wonderful place to stay. They are courteous, friendly, and helpful as needed. Note that Cindy at the front desk is a sparkling gem! The hot breakfast service (best I have experienced) and complimentary hot beverages and cookie selection make for an ongoing welcome. It is visible that an effort is made to keep this hotel clean. Cleanliness is the first review I seek when booking. Keep up the good work. Thank you!

Just a little extra attention to some details would take this rating to a ten. The cleanliness overall is very good. Ensure the desks, tables, bed skirts in rooms are cleaned too. A quick check to make sure hot foods are warm for those that eat later in the morning would be good. Using gloves during all stages of food prep, even to prepare food products for refrigeration and storage after delivery, is a safe practice for all.

Breakfast was very good. Your emplyee Angela was exceptional. She kept everything clean and orderly. She went out of her way to help me. I am disabled and appreciated everything extra she did.

That the roll away bed i asked for wasnt in the room and i had to go to the desk to request it again. Also i had received a text confirming it would be there and there would not be an extra charge. The front desk told me that was wrong and i would be charged. Then when i checked out it wasnt charged, at least as far as i know. Very confusing.
