Location was in quiet area but still just 4 blocks from city center. Restaurants galore to chose from. Everything,was walking distance such as restaurants, souvenir shops including the local bakery shop.

The staff needs to be friendlier. If you see a guest don't wait for the guest to acknowledge you. You should be greeting the guests. If there are two people in the room then there should be two rolls of toilet tissue. We decided to buy our own because it was annoying asking everyday for an extra roll. The rooms were pretty clean but they need to touch up the paint job once in awhile. Also, is time to replace the lamp shades.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the ADO bus station, the central plaza, the beach and many restaurants/shops. The staff were extremely friendly; most don't speak English but were very willing to engage with our Spanglish! The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices daily. We had a room on the 4th floor which overlooked the pool as well as the mountains and forest. It was great fun watching the birds at dawn and dusk. We really appreciated the A/C, the hot water for showers and the refrigerator. It was a great stay and we hope to return.

Location of the hotel is great; just a few blocks from the La Crucecita Zocalo on a quiet street. My room was clean, not too small, and everything in it was working as it should (I wish it had a mini-fridge thought). Service was amazing with the staff being very polite and accommodating. WiFi could be better in the rooms; it was a little slow but this was not a deal-breaker for me. I really liked their breakfast; it's true that there isn't much variety but it is quite substantial and also typically Mexican (no Continental here...) which I enjoyed :). At a discount (I paid on average 78 CAD/night), this hotel is an absolute bargain. Thank you!

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast was very nice, with fruit, juice, coffee or tea, toasted bread, and options for eggs prepared different ways along with chilaquiles or other. The pool was clean. Location was close to zócalo Crucecita but far enough away to avoid any noise.

My only very minor complaint is that the AC blows onto the bed at night.

Room was great. Staff was aloof. Location superb. It was quiet which was wonderful. Bed was also comfy.

We asked staff through the Booking app to schedule a taxi to the airport at 645am the next day. When we arrived, we confirmed the time and she said "200 pesos." Next.morning a new girl was at rhe front.desk. I reconfirmed with her that the taxi was coming. She had no idea and called for one. They arrived later than our request but luckily we still arrived in time but for $180 pesos according to the taxi driver. I don't care about the $20 peso difference really but it was surprising that it was a different price. Anyways... it was really just the original lady at the desk that seemed disinterested in helping us muxh and apparently didn't call for the taxi? Just a little frustrating as we definitely asked for it twice and could have missed our plane had they been much later.

Good price per day around $59. We really liked the hot breakfast each day. The location was not on a busy road to it was quiet. Close enough to be able to access downtown by walking. The AC worked great in the room.

No elevator and being on the 4th floor and having to bring up 3 suitcases. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. The safe did not work.

Everything went well!! Check in staff was professional and friendly. They even asked if we needed a fridge. They brought it to our room within 20 minutes. Very clean facility. Maid service great, and breakfast server and cooks just fine. Pool area was spotless. Location was good...just 3 blocks from town square. I highly recommend Arenas Del Pacifico.

No elevator and if you’re on the 4th floor it is quite a walk with suitcases Pool did not get much Sun so it is a little chilly but great to cool off in during hot afternoon

We really enjoyed our stay at Arena del Pacifico. The location of the hotel was perfect. From our small balcony we overlooked the pool and onto small hills. Our room was located at the back of the hotel and as a result was very quiet. The room was functional with hot water and air conditioning. Everything was kept very clean. The included breakfast was fantastic. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and really enhanced our experience. Thank you for making our stay in Huatulco so enjoyable! We highly recommend your hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff, good Wifi, good breakfast. The room was quiet but still pretty close to the town square so there were a lot of options to eat out. We had to park our rental car on the street but found a spot not too far away. Would stay there again.

Sometimes there's nothing to complain about - like here. :)
