Lovely, attractive modern hotel. Stylish rooms, very clean with soundproof rooms. Great, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Lovely modern pool. Never a shortage of sunbeds. Good, quiet Airton. Safe in all rooms. Rooms cleaned every day. Really very happy with my time staying there. Only about 8 mins stroll to 3 of the beaches which are nice with crystal clear water. Very close to the centre with countless restaurants and bars. Would definitely return !!!

Not much to fault. Showers jumped from hot to cold repeatedly which was fun!! But not a big problem.

It had a real sort of welcoming, relaxed family run vibe. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and they all looked happy as a team together from the cleaners to the managers. The layout and location of the hotel are great with everything at your fingertips nearby if you want it or not if you you just wanna chill. The breakfast selection and the breakfast room / verander are lovely and careful thought about quality of food and items offered right down to brand name cereal and condiments. I will definitely be going back here and will recomend staying here to anybody.

The place reminded me of American resort hotels, with different apartment buildings and a common yard with a pool. The staff was friendly and their happy hour is definitely a plus. The breakfast here is next level for Mallorca. Great variety of food and deserts and definitely is worth paying for. The room was spacious, with a balcony view to the main street.

The hotel is further from the port or from the lively bar area. We don't mind walking so for us it was okay but in case you're the middle of the action kind of person, maybe it's not for you.

I like the staff, they are friendly and always read to make your stay very comfortable, the team are great,I have bad back and my room had a bathtub and I ask if is possible to change for a room without a bathtub and they gave another room straight away, this is my fourth time in a roll in the last years in Hotel d'or

I just didn't like because this time, there was no hot water, I understand is a hot weather but sometimes I need hot water and mixing the water to be more comfortable.

I did not take breakfast at the hotel. The location was excellent - the restaurants, cafes and shops of Cala D’Or are within a three to four minute walk. The harbour with numerous restaurants and access to boat hire, jet ski hire etc is a six minute walk away.

As a single person, I was happy with all aspects of my stay at the hotel; location, my room, spacious terrace, staff and added bonus of a pool.

The pool steps need mending and there was green gunge in the tiles by the steps The tuna salad I ordered and paid for the girl poured loads off balsamic vinegar on it . And I would have thought that was an option . This I was not happy as I don’t like it . She asked “ why didn’t you eat this “ I told her but she didn’t offer a solution to resolve this

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel D'or and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by warm, friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms at this hotel are nothing short of stunning. They are spacious, clean, and elegantly designed with beautiful modern decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep every night of my stay. One of the highlights of this hotel is its fantastic amenities. The fitness center was well-equipped with top-of-the-line equipment and the pool and spa were a welcome respite after a long day of exploring the city. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of options to choose from. The location of the hotel is also a big plus. It's conveniently situated near many of the city's main attractions, and the hotel provides easy access to public transportation. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel D'or for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Cala D'or . I selected Hotel d'Or being the cheapest available close to the Marina where I was working. The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very good value for money we felt, clean rooms and the breakfast was excellent.

They had only just opened up from the winter season and whilst everything looked clean we did see a rat on the shelf behind the bar on the last night of our stay which was off putting.

absolutely no sound proofing! resulted in an unbelievably disturbing and noisy stay as you can literally hear every single word and noise neighbours make. also, the cleaning / maid service seemed to amount purely to a towel change only, not even floor swept so room ended up incredibly dirty with floor needing cleaned and surfaces cleaned / bathroom cleaned which just wasn’t done the entire week I was there. the noise was the main issue and really disrupted my sleep.

I like everything, the bedroom is comfortable, clean, very quiet area, close to the supermarket and a few minutes walking from the beaches. If you ask they can provide the transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to airport, there's a fee for transportation.

I didn't like the breakfast, because is almost the same every day, but is good breakfast, I just would like to suggest a diversification, but in general is very good.
