Fantastic hotel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I was really made to feel welcome and the staff was always willing to go above and beyond. Great location I was always able to park my car on the street just behind the hotel for free. Breakfast was excellent and offers both continental and hot food, as well as freshly made pancakes by request. I would highly recommend this hotel.

No negatives, great experience.

The hotel is rather small with not a lot of rooms. Only two levels and walking distance 5 mins from two beaches. The design is fairly modern and not outdated at all. The bed was ver comfy the shower super strong. Big plus for that. Also incredibly friendly staff. 5 stars here.

There’s not fridge in the room. Which I should have checked before but I also consider standard in a hot country. Big downer. Also the first two nights and on the arrival day my room wasn’t cleaned properly. Heaps of hair and sand on the floor. Sure the sand is mine but again, summer sun beach kinda hotel should take extra care here. One time they even didn’t clean the toilet. Big nono. Last nights stay everything was spotless though.

Breakfast is the same everyday, after day 5 we kind of got bored. Pillows can be more comfortable, mattress is good though. I was disappointed to see there is NO mini bar in the room so we had to ask at the reception all the time to keep our food in their fridge, but got even more disappointed when on our last day I saw on TV that you can pay to get mini bar in your room- wish we were told that! Cleaning of the room is very basic- yes you can have it cleaned everyday but if you ask me cleaning is not just changing towels.

Public parking is near the hotel, which always had at least some free space, so parking was stress-free compared to other towns in Mallorca. Across the street from the parking, there is also a bus station. The location of the hotel is great when it comes to the beaches too, a short, pleasant walk. The staff was very kind and helpful from the beginning. Our terrace overlooked the pool, and it was very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety, and we liked the option to eat by the pool. All in all, we liked this hotel very much, and Cala d'Or was only one of our stops on the trip, but for the next time, we would definitely choose Cala d'Or again, and probably for the length of the whole trip, and in particular INNER Hotel Rupit. We stayed only three nights here, and it felt too short!

All the staff from the reception to the cleaner were friendly and so helpful, the room was clean, comfortable beds and a excellent view with the hotel close to the centre of town and a short walk to the beach. Drinks were very reasonable. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool. Brilliant stay

Breakfast was good, but the hot food was not as hot putting lid over the hot food would have kept it warm

Fabulous hotel, facilities, comfort. Unbelievable breakfast lots of food choices including the best pancakes I’ve ever had. 3 minutes walk from shops, bars and Restaurants but very quiet no noise- the best thing though are the staff - superb 5*. Friendly, helpful and very professional nothing is too much trouble. All in all the best holiday hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Thank you Hotel Rupit x

Great Location near all the shops and restaurants and 10 minutes to the nearest beach.Good selection at breakfast and all the staff were friendly and helpful . Poolside rooms are on the best side of the hotel and are quieter.

More vegan options at breakfast and keep the meat options on a completely separate tray to any vegetarian or vegan options.

This is a fantastic little hotel that was perfect for us. The most wonderful breakfast that unexpectedly included cooked as well as continental as well as being asked if you wanted a freshly cooked pancake with choice of sauces. Any time we had a question for the staff they were friendly, smiley and helpful. They work really hard and again I couldn't fault the service. The location was fantastic too- really short walk to the main bars and restaurants, not far from the marina and close to Cala Gran and Cala Petita. Fab stay.

If I were being really nit picky the shower was a teensy bit small but it really wasn't much of an issue and the water pressure was really really good.

An absolutely delightful experience. From the warm welcome by the attentive staff to the luxurious, immaculately clean room with breathtaking views of the pool, every detail was great. The hotel’s restaurant offered brilliant food, and the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. The convenient location made exploring the town easy. The high standards of service and attention to detail were consistently impressive, making us feel truly valued. We were celebrating our anniversary, and we highly recommend it for a memorable stay.

The room was renewed very recently - everything was modern, good quality and clean. The breakfast was amazing, personel was friendly and eager to help. It was my best stay (out of three different locations) on Mallorca. Some people might prefer to stay closer to the seaside, but this location was perfect for me (it was easy to park the car and bit away from the evening noises).
