Fantastic staff! Always attentive and helpful. We had a small problem and it was fixed in an exemplary manner. The entire hotel feels fresh, with a pleasant combination of new and old architecture. Our room was spotless and so cosy. We loved everything about our stay!

The parking garage was difficult to find.

1. Highly friendly and helpful staff 2. Quite large and comfortable room with a big balcony with chairs and table 3. Table near the wall in the room allowing to work on laptop if needed 4. Spacious garage so you are not afraid to scratch the car 5. Varied breakfast including chef cooking omelets, fried eggs etc. 6. Stylish hotel with lots of stars' photos and belongings on display in the restaurant 7. Clean rooms cleaned every day

1. There's no direct access from the garage to elevator and the hotel. You have to find the way to the elevator of your hotel since there's other elevator leading to another hotel and some apartments. You go through the SPA zone of your hotel and you're confident that the closest elevator if the one leading you to your floor, but it's not. More explicit signs would definitely help. 2. The chair from IKEA in the room is not comfortable for the back. One have to put pillows under the back.

I took my partner here as a surprise for her birthday and I had planned to propose to her on route to the hotel so I asked for the hotel to decorate our room for our arrival and I couldn't have been more happy with the result. The room looked absolutely beautiful with flowers and balloons EVERYWHERE my fiancé loved it. The staff was excellent very friendly and happy and was more than happy to help us with anything we needed including advising us on the best places to visit in the areas. I would 100% stay here again. we stayed in a suite with a bath in the bedroom which had everything we needed with a large balcony and plenty of space in the suite. highly recommend

SPA, room, breakfast, staff

There were big works in the street accessing the hotel, requiring to make quite a large detour if arriving from the main street, and when I registered to the reception desk, the staff was not even aware that there was no more pedestrian access to the hotel through the main entrance. It lasted for my whole stay, and it was not very practical. I recommend for next time that customers get informed in advance and receive the best way from the station to enter the hotel.

Proprety is well situated in the middle of Davos, everything in walking distance. Room is nice/stylish, modern with all amenities, has a confortable bed & small desk to work. Spa is excellent, has couple of saunas & steam bath, jacuzzi & a swimmingpool (who could be lightly warmer in the winter..). Breakfast is ok. Wifi signal is strong/good. The athosphere of the Hotel is cool/ Rocky ;)

Had a room in the side wing, near the parking lot. Felt like being in a obscure basement, view was on a cars wheels. Staff @the reception were not really welcoming, could‘t crack one smile.. For a such big Hotel, the Breakfast choice could be wider.

The spa, being a hotel spa, was absolutely amazing with plenty of space, big pool with relaxing areas, a huge jacuzzi and 3 saunas. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options to choose from. Our room had an amazing view on Davos and nearby mountains, but we were up on the sixth floor.

Hotel parking is somewhat expensive (although reasonable for Switzerland) and it was full when we got there. Luckily we found much cheaper parking just a short walk away.

While we stayed in Davos in the winter time for several years, this was our first time summer stay in Hard Rock Hotel Davos. We like the concept, style and decorations. We took the large room of 70sqm ( Rock Suite King Gold ). It was very nicely decorated, enough space for 3 adults. The hotel (as the whole city of Davos) is dogs-friendly. Although our room was nicely decorated, it missed some functionalities: no wardrobe corner at the entry, only one on the upper floor. Modern Nespresso coffee machine, but we had only 6 capsules for 3 pers for 3 days ( less than 1 pp/ day). When I asked to have 2 additional capsules => requested to pay extra, referring to the Hotel policy. (for the price of the room we paid, to refuse 2 Nespresso capsules?!) In such case i prefer to have a “standard coffee-thee facilities” in the room with more regular refill of coffee and thee. It would be nice if the reception staff smile more often!

Stayed over the long Easter weekend - the hotel also celebrated it's 5th anniversary. Attended 2 awesome rock/blues concerts in the hotel - really convenient having to simply walk up the room after the concerts! The hotel upgraded us to a larger room, we felt like rock stars for a few days - well done! At check-in we tried the "Sound of your stay" program and got a Fender guitar - Metallica's "Nothing else matters" all weekend... Spa pre-booking system worked, 2 hours a days is actually enough, and the pool wasn't crowded. Breakfast was plenty - something for everyone, bumping into the musicians from the night before during breakfast was a "bonus" :). Dinner was overall good, friendly staff. If you are looking for a relaxed, informal stay with music to surround you, look no further.

As for suggestions for improvement, the burger at the restaurant was forgettable (other dishes the family tried were good) - otherwise nothing much to share here.

Excellent room, best sleep in Europe. Family silver suite very well set. We could live there, a perfect apartment. Clean. But

people at the reception not helpful and I have struggled to get out of the garage because of the snow on the floor. Breakfast +-. The pool is cold, no jacuzzi.
