If I could rate this hotel higher, I would. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the warm welcome and hospitality of hotel staff to the location of the hotel in a quiet and convenient residential neighborhood (please note that the hotel is within walking distance to the Peace Park and restaurant options; within three-minute walking distance to a grocery store (Fuji) stocked with fresh fruits, hot food, and seafood bowl options, among others; and within three-minute walking distance to the nearest streetcar station, with direct routes to Hiroshima Station as well as the ferry station to Miyajima island). I was also thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and size of the room, which had two queen-sized beds, a lounging area, a working area, as well as clean, modern decor. The most impressive to me was the helpfulness of the Japanese staff - they were always willing to help, communicative, and approachable. I see myself going back to Hiroshima soon (as a first-time visitor, I loved the city and wished I stayed longer). I am definitely booking this hotel again.

Hotel is in a decent location. 25 ish minutes from the city centre by tram. The actual hotel is very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even by Japanese standards. I arrived early, no issues leaving my luggage, they even took my information to check me in while I was out and carried my luggage up to my room for me. They were very helpful in helping me arrange my transport to the airport. The rooms are huge by Japan standards. Huge by anywhere's standards. For the price, this hotel is fantastic. Definitely recommend.

A little far away from the city centre, around 25 minutes by tram, plus however long you have to wait for the tram. But that's minor. Hotel is very close to the Atomic Bomb Dome, 5-10 minutes walk depending on how quick you are.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Peace Memorial Museum. Restaurants and tram stops are nearby. Getting to the main station and the port to Miyajima Island is easy and direct. More importantly, the rooms are huge, not only for Japan, but even compared to European hotels. They are also very well maintained and super clean. The bathroom is also very spacious with an automatic bath (you just have to choose the temperature and the water is filled automatically!). There are also washing and drying machines in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and speak very good English.

lovely spacious rooms, good aircon, location is near the peace park and very close to a tram station which was great for us. Good value for money, room has small kitchenette which could be handy although we didn’t use it. Very modern rooms, would stay again and highly recommend for others.

curtains not dark enough to block the light. the area is a bit quiet so not many restaurants etc nearby. we didn’t mind this since we’d been in busy cities for weeks on end and found the peace and quiet to be quite pleasant but might be an issue for others.

Of the seven hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan, this was the best one. The reception staff were extremely helpful, even by Japanese standards, the room including the bathroom was spotless, the bed very comfortable and the location very convenient by the Peace park. And there is a good supermarket just down the street. Plus it's a relatively small hotel, just four storeys, which I prefer to the very large hotels.

We booked a Deluxe Twin Room - a very spacious room! (Good for 3 luggages!) Room was clean, had refrigerator, and items for making a quick hot tea. Good location: within 15min walking distance from Memorial park, easy to reach from Hiroshima station and airport bus center. Staff was very friendly. Free coffee. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.

Not all of staff didn’t know much English but we managed well. Knowing a little bit of Japanese is (always) useful. TV had no English channels.

Everything was amazing! Spacious room, separate toilet and bathroom. The bathroom is very big and includes a hot tub. Free amenities are offered daily, there is a laundromat on the first floor, free coffee is available in the morning, and the staff is very kind and friendly. On top of that, the location is great - only 10 walking minutes from the Peace Memorial Museum, tram stops nearby, cute restaurants in the neighborhood, 7/11, etc. We loved it!

Luxurious, large rooms, even had bike racks. The staff helped organise our previous hotel to forward item left behind to our next hotel. They offered umbrellas to borrow when it rained, and happily stored our luggage for us prior to check in and after check out. Lovely staff and excellent hotel.

The location was close enough for the sightseeing we wanted to do, but while we were walking we wished we didn't have to walk quite as far. There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

Just about everything. HUGE room!! Friendly and helpful staff, luggage storage, location was quiet. I love that they included a tutorial about how to use the hot water, and the remotes for the TV and aircon, wish more hotels would do that!

The air con was a little finicky and didn’t do a good job of controlling the room temperature, I always felt way too hot or way too cold. I could hear my upstairs neighbor walking around.
