I left my sneakers/walking shoes when I checked out for one night on 21 May 2024. By mistake, I left my sneaker in room 301. b When I returned and checked in again, I did not find my sneakers/walking shows in the lost and found a property.

Great location, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, friendly staff

Smooth check in experience. The suite was spacious and the bed was really comfy. The bathtub or jacuzzi was the main highlight of the stay. Also, satisfied with the food from the restaurant. The room had a good view from the 9th floor. Next morning breakfast buffet had a broad selection of tasty food. The staff was really courteous and helpful, they even allowed an extra hour of stay before check out.

Water pressure in the bathroom was low and had dirty water at first but then after a while it was all good. Good lighting in the room but not so much in the bathroom. Room service food took an hour to arrive. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Location is very good, close to the shopping and restaurants and also a local market , and the very good breakfast

We got a room not face to city road , it was face to another building and there was office space I think always can see the people so can not open the curtain

Though this is my second visit at this hotel ,the staffs are really chilled and incredible supportive.i did enjoy a lot of. And here I had great conversations with Mr Fahad &Ms Sumaiya.

This is not my complaint.only suggestion that if they serve food in short time it will be appropriate.

Check in and out was extraordinary although I had stayed only for one night.the room amenities was excellent specially I would love to mention that their behaviour was amazing.and I remember that I had a great conversation with Mr.Fahad

Nothing everything was on schedule.

The hotel service is excellent. Bed is comfortable. Hk service also good. Front office staff Mr. Ashiq and Ms. Sumaiya upgrade my room to suite.

Stay was very nice, front desk Mr terek & Mr. Ashiqur & Ms. Sumiya were very cooperative. They helped in best manner. Property location is especially very good.

All property is good. Mr Ashiq & Mr Sumaiya is very friendly.
