Location was perfect, short walk to the Mill District with lots of spots to eat dinner. Parking was easy. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was really clean, lots of towels, and well maintained. The breakfast was great with cereal, fruit, breads/pastries/bagels, waffle bar, beverages, yogurt, etc. Hotel lobby always had coffee, ice water, and hot water available. It was a great place for kids! Everything was great and we enjoyed our stay!

One suggestion is a small stool in the bathroom. Not everyone has small kiddos but it would have been really helpful for using the toilet and washing hands in the bathroom.

The price and the location was great. The motel was clean and the pool was nice. I liked the little coffee machine in the room and the quiet, efficient fan in the bathroom. The linens were nice, although the bed was a bit too firm for my liking.

The only thing about this property is that there is a funky odor in the air in and outside the motel. The only thing I can compare it to is the smell of dirty dishrag. I wonder if the nearby breweries are the cause. Nevertheless, the air inside the motel was the same as the outside air, so I doubt there is anything to be done about it. We were in Rm 205, and the little refrigerator made our sodas so cold that they were half frozen. There did not appear to be a way to adjust the thermostat in the refrigerator.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was better than most of these buffet style breakfasts. It was more than continental, there were omelets one morning and scrambled eggs the second. And meats and other things. The location of the hotel was great too. Staff were very friendly too. The front desk day and night clerks were friendly. Easy walk to the river and Old Mill District shopping and restaurants. Just a 15 minute walk north to downtown along the river and through old town. You can do a 40 minute river walk heading south. This hotel is very nice and located in the Old Mill District in Bend. Close enough to walk to restaurants on a path that takes you along the Deschutes River. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast offered a lot of variety. The hotel is next to an outdoor amphitheater which was having a performance on the night we were there. The desk clerk offered us a room that would minimize the sound coming from the concert, which we accepted. Short but pleasant stay.

Breakfast was nice. The staff were excellent. Shout out to Jim and Janna who went out of their way to make sure everything was great! The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping at Old Mill.

If I were being picky I would say that they should put some sort of barrier around the back patio area. Otherwise you are just sitting in the middle of a parking lot.

Perfect location to see a show at Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Easy walk to the park, bike path, and the shops/restaurants at The Mill. Check-in was a breeze, room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We enjoyed the large hot tub and pool area. The included breakfast had good variety and we felt that the coffee (dark roast) was delicious.

Wish there was more fruit variety in the breakfast.

The location was perfect for our visit, we went to visit our granddaughter at OSU Cascades, and we’re close to the campus and activities. Also, while there we heard an unidentified noise in the room next to us hum like a phone vibrating on a desktop. We called the front desk. They quickly responded and reconciled our issue. Great service!

Everything was clean. The staff were very friendly and responsive. Breakfast was a dependable hotel breakfast. Location is the best for seeing a show at the Amphitheatre. Very safe. They offered to let me park my motorcycle under cover by the front door. That was a really nice thing to do. I will be staying here whenever I come to see a show in Bend.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Beautiful building, rooms, and setting. Every nook and cranny was spotless. The room had everything we needed and more. Every member of the staff we spoke with was courteous, friendly, and helpful. It was easy walking distance to the concert venue. The free breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. We will definitely stay there again.

The bed was a little too firm for me, but it wouldn't keep me from returning.
