Excellent Location right in the heart of central Pattaya ,room was big .bonus of balcony with a decent view ,free bottled water daily ,free coffee n tea with a kettle . 2 bath 2 hand towels , shampoo ,shower gel n soap included .air con worked well. good window for breakfast 0700-1100 ( don't expect food to be replenished @ 1045 hrs like some people did ) massive choice of food hot and cold . more importantly all staff were excellent . from NOISE and co @ breakfast Gift and co @ reception and POJ and co on the cleaning .stayed a month enjoyed every min here. its Guest Friendly and reception very professional in all aspects, with your safety paramount . suitable for families , couples and solo travellers alike .many thanks to everyone

outdoor/rooftop pool on the small side with room for only 9/10 recliners . free towels for pool use included though

The pools . location excellent. room always tidy and sheets changed every day (thank you Rat) wasn't up in time for breakfast . The staff were helpful and cheerful day and night . thanks to Nat and chon and all the crew . Bell boys respectful and always smiling , highly recommend.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable unfortuneately .I found out too late that i could have requested a topper but i'll know better next time . I did have an issue with noise in my first room with street noise and the aircon motors outside on the veranda because there were several close together ,However as soon as i highlighted to the desk they found me another room which was much quieter and i had no problems after that.

This is my third stay this year. It is really a beautiful hotel with a very excellent location and close to the best lively places in Pattaya and the most famous shops. I encountered a malfunction in the bathroom exhaust fan, but Miss Pattoy was quick to deal with and solve the problem immediately

I do not like the hotel policy of early check-in and late check-out. The staff always do not want to cooperate in this matter and say that all the rooms are full. With all due respect to the Indian community, it is very noisy in the rooms and walking between the corridors of the rooms. Please consider the comfort of the resident

Love the checking staff was so quick and knew my name in 2 min especially staff member SIA at reception desk very kind and professional always with a smile good amount of different food available ots always my hotel of choice close to everything I didn't visit for over a year so all the staff is new but still keeps employed good new staff stayed for 5 nights from 02nd Oct to 07th and never had any issues well done also to the cleaner on the 12th floor very nice lady onces again thabk you SIA for the super quick check in

Only niggle was the hot water in room 2126 was hard to ajust but didn't complain as it was not too much of a problem

It's a central, inexpensive, hotel option. Close to the "action" but not noisy (in my room at least). The bed was surprisingly comfy. It's no frills but my efficiency room still had a mini-fridge, separate shower, hot water, shower gel and shampoo, a nice towel, a kettle (and instant coffee), bedside reading lamp, and a closet and safe. Staff were nice, not overbearing, just efficient at their jobs. Also it has 3 swimming pools, which ya just can't beat (all small but all perfectly fine).

The TV basically got almost no channels (I just wanted some news before bed) but that's a small complaint. There was also just ONE bottle of drinking water provided. Also my windows looked out to basically nothing - one was a wall - but I didn't mind as I was just there to sleep. If you want a view, just go up to the 7th floor pool.

The location is good, close to the beach and other attractions. And the breakfast buffet menu is very nice & offers a large variety of options.

The noise from nearby clubs was so loud the hotel recommends using ear plugs to sleep. Some parts of the property, especially the elevator space near the lobby & pool stinks really bad.

The location is on Soi 8 so it is loud from 8 PM to 2 AM , but that is expected and why you came there in the first place. The hotel is a busy place with providers coming and going at all times of the day and night. room was nice, AC struggled to keep it cool as it turned off every time you left. Cleaning staff were excellent and did a great job.

Food was not great, ordered from Room service menu and was not impressed, the staff on checkout were very forceful looking for a tip and even seemed upset with what i did tip them., that was the only issue with the staff the entire 10 days

the girls at the reception were very kind and helpful , 1 of the lady's CATOEI her name her character towards me was as if she had known me for years she was sow kind and cheerful about me i hope the manager appreciate her kindness and the interest that this lady show for the hotel

i stay about 6 weeks 40 night that is sure i record of any other tourists in Pattaya and maybe the country of Thailand i don't believe that other tourist stay this long time some me , the problem was the t,v the first 2 to 3 weeks was ok the last 3 weeks the satellite channels was having serious problem and not even 1 channel was ok ,and none person fix them ? and i was stay the half of my days with no satellite t.,v the 2 problem this hotel have i very bad quality of wife, the hotel room is close for the last to months from the begin of October until the last day of November sow you make money but you don't care about fixing the wife and the sate lite channels ? ,

It's located in soi8, bars area I'm not shallow sleep anyway staff did arrange less noise room for me, hotel is walkable to beach, 7-11 minimart is opposite, not far from Central festival shopping center. The breakfast is good spread for me. Room is spacious. I love the light decoration on the bed wall. There is kettle in room as well. The staffs has well service, attentive with smile. There are 3 swimming pools.

The car park is so steep cause my small car scratch during taking up. Shower is at bathtub beware of elder to slip. There is no room slipper but all are not big deal.

It was a beautiful stay in a more than excellent location. You can walk to all the commercial centers and all services are available opposite the hotel. The hotel also has three swimming pools and very welcoming staff. I had some problems with the air conditioning and the manager was very generous and upgraded me to a very large room. By the way would like to thanks MR add in reception for all helps

There is no dressing closet just for hanging clothes
