Good location for restaurants bars and nightlife .Friendly staff

Having the air con box on the balcony when its on you cant sit out there you get blasted with hot air .

I had a really nice time staying at the Eastiny Inn. My room was spacious and very clean. It had a comfortable double bed , large wardrobe , small reliable fridge and cosy bathroom. I was also lucky enough to placed on the 3rd floor which meant I was on the same level as the pool , right outside my door. The staff was very welcoming and friendly at all times.

My only gripe was the TV which didn't have much access to english channels and the display was poor. It also took a while to get the settings on the air con just right as times it could become too overwhelming. But these are very minor issues of a near perfect stay

The location was right in the centre of all the night life and the staff were so helpful.

Shortage of plugs would have been nice to have some near the bed for charging phones ect..the air con was a gift but when it's turned on you couldn't use the balcony as the air con unit was there so would melt you..handy for drying clothes though..at night time the hotel was surrounded by bars so was noisy but we usually stayed out late so it didn't bother us.

I didn't like the fact that, while I wanted to extend my stay at the hotel and this was one of my main selection criteria when I made the reservation (it was an option if I wanted to on the hotel page), they didn't give me an extension even if they would give me they would charge me with a super volume amount, which had nothing to do with the amount I booked.

Two staffs in the reception were super lovely. Location wise it is good for those who want to stay near the beach. It is just few meters away from the beach.

As it is located in one of the happening areas of Pattaya beach, loud music continues whole night. For those who want to have peaceful night, I don’t recommend this. Initially i was given a room that was not cleaned after use. I assume the receptionist may be was not fully attentive of that. Next day another receptionist changed my room and it was good

Excellent location in the middle of all activities, very helpful staff, nice pool, very close to the beach and all shops, easy access. Rooms are not very big, but good size, with all that is needed, including fridge and kettle.

Very loud music till 2h30am in the morning. Excellent, if you are from Europe and do not want to get jetleged, or if you want to stay awake late. Otherwise, it is better to reconsider. No breakfast available, but many places around.

The place is located couple of minutes away from the beach and the Central Pattaya mall. You can also reach the port that takes you to smaller islands. The room was comfortable with very nice beds. The stuff is great! Bonus: you have access to a swimming pool

The downside of being in the heart of activities is that the noice can be heard through the night.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I paid at the hotel without any issues arising. While we ended up being in the wrong room for the first day (and knew immediately) we went down and they asked if we’d be willing to stay in the room for the night. The next day we were given the option of two rooms, one was a total upgrade from our booking originally, and we opted for that and out of gratitude extended our stay for 3 more days to show thanks for their generosity. The room is cleaned daily and the bed was very comfortable, the showers had great pressure, and while the view wasn’t anything to write home about, the atmosphere was incredible. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and plan to in the future as the location is perfect and near everything.

I’m a remote worker and “digital nomad” so, the Wi-Fi would be the biggest negative — very slow (at least on the fifth and sixth floor) but this was easily nothing to worry about as I’m used to most hotels having subpar Wi-Fi. Having load and a kiosk close to top up for True made this not really an issue for me but I want to mention it as others might see it as a bigger issue than me.

If you’re someone who does not mind the noise up until 3AM, then this place would be good for you. It’s located right in between all the Bars. So you will be able to hear the loud music very clearly. I had a 1night stay, so can’t judge too much, but on a general basis, good location situated close to all the bars, pubs, 7/11’s, massage parlors, etc.

It just seemed like a basic hotel, nothing to complain about really.

Room was large and friendly. Shower was hot most of the time..lol easy to get to the beach.

A bit noisy, but to be expected and there is no locking safe in the room, you need to lock things in a safe at the front desk and those have only certain hours to get to. Noisy at night because your close to the rocking parts of pattya. Pool was cold, I was okay but my friend said lets hit the beach instead.
