Nice hotel, it's definitely not a 2 stars:) We booked a family room for 4 people with breakfasts and everything was great. The room was cleaned and towels changed, in room was warm. Very nice and friendly staff

Everything was excellent, maybe would have liked a more varied breakfast - like eggs or something protein, and a kettle and slippers in the room

A brand new and thus very clean and well decorated hotel. Very cosy rooms! For the price you will struggle to find anything as design in Vielha, so this hotel was much appreciated. A nice breakfast, though some warm options would be great to add. Comfy bed!

Maybe just the absence of a hair dryer, but you can always borrow one at the reception

Absolument parfait! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. It was one of the best places we stayed and we booked late but it wasn’t a problem. Brilliant views from the room and multi lingual. We are definitely returning. Thank you

Nothing it was all beautiful

Everything was perfect: The food (half pensión ), the beds, cleanliness and above all the personell! Very helpful giving guidance related to summer activities in Ribaeta! Highly recomendable family hotel? Good value for the money! Climbed the Montcorbison in 1hour and 5 minutes. Fantastic view from the top (2176 m). Visited also many other small towns and one of the waterfalls. Weather was good more or less all the time... A memorable stay in the Pyrineos!

A little minus for squeeking door to the bathroom. Soundproofing could be a little better. But I am always using earplugs so was not a problem....

The 3rd floor rooms are big enough but only just, as the roof slope takes up a little space.

A magnificently refurbished hotel, welcoming, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The concierge was utterly charming and the breakfast service was particularly generous and delightful. What a find!! Congratulations to all the staff and many thanks.

The hotel manager was so friendly and courteous! We arrived later than expected on our motorcycles but he left his desk and walked us to our secure motorcycle parking nearby. And the restaurant staff were so good to us over dinner. The food was very good as well. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great location in town! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

There was nothing that could have been better.

Location central in town with bars and restaurants close by. We were half board, Good value and service. Very pleasant staff. Room small but very nicely decorated.

It was a sweltering 37C and we were sorry that there was no air conditioning! I expect they are more used to keeping warm in the ski-ing season. Parking was tight close to the hotel and you were lucky if you found a place, otherwise it was the town car park.

Super staff! Large rooms and very clean, comfy beds. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Center of town but just off the main street. Tourist office nearby provided info about hikes. Parking in adjacent city lot, at least in October. Breakfast was good. Good value!

A room safe would be nice, but we felt the hotel and town was safe enough.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and we had a good feeling about the hygiene in the restaurant. The breakfast was good although more cereal choices would have been welcomed by us.

Portion sizes for both breakfast and dinner were a little small and the restaurant area was cold. Dinner choices were limited, lacked flavour and could definitely be improved. A menu written in English would have been very useful. The bathroom needs updating.
