Best hotel experience in a long time. Great hotel with nice restaurant in beautiful village. Best of all is the staf of the hotel. They make your stay extremely pleasurable. Customer minded mindset and very helpful in and around the hotel. Going outdoors with your bike you can service and clean your bike. Going hiking they help you with planning a multi day hike. All in all a wonderful hide out or hub to explore the beautiful val d’Aran or national parc in the surroundings.

Cozy inn with fantastic staff. We had a two story room with two twin beds on second floor and a large double on main floor which was great for 3 adults. Wonderful room with a country feel. The staff are incredible speaking many languages.

The heating was a little hard to control on the 2nd floor and it was a bit too hot. Only an issue if you prefer to sleep in a cool room

The buffet breakfast was excellent. We had one meal in the hotel restaurant which was in the form of choices from a set menu. My teenage daughter is lactose intolerant and they made her a meal specially. There was no vegan or even vegetarian option on the menu. The restaurant felt very upmarket but even with a bottle of wine the bill for three of us only came to 85 euros. The hotel reception had good, free walking maps of the surrounding area. The next village Arties was nice with many restaurants.

Parking. The hotel parking was TIGHT. I have a small car and struggled. Outside the hotel there was little on street parking but there was a free car park 50 metres away which we didn't discover on the first few days. There is very little in the village. I think there were 2 other restaurants and apart from the church the whole place looked like it had just been built. Pretty but all the same. Away from the Hotel the scenery was excellent but you need to be fit to get the best out of the climbs. The local town of Vielha was obviously a skiing town - we visited in summer.

The appartment was really huge, just enormous. Our appartment had 3 floors. The was a kitchennete with dishes and textile linen. Ceiling ventilators, TV with connection to you phone, plumbing Villeroy&Boch. The wooden design is very cosy, everything starting from bed linen ending the furniture is of high quality. Great breakfast with big number of options, you can order omlettes, different types of eggs etc. Great view from the windows.

Nothing. Maybe some parts of design are a bit dated but in this case it doesn’t spoil the impression at all.

Breakfast wide range of products. Indoor pool is a super-plus for families with children as weather can be stormly during afternoons. Dinner is not a buffet but a choice between 3 entrance, 3 main and 3 deserts and we were surprised of the quality of the options. Very friendly staff, either at reception, housekeeping or restuarant

Organisation at restaurant for dinners could be improved to minimize waiting times. Range of games and books in the bar room

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our rooms were bigger than expected and meant we all had a room to ourselves which was a nice bonus! The hotel itself is clean and has great facilities although quiet when we were there so not much was open. We had a 3 course meal which was great. The breakfast was the highlight, such a great variation of food available.

Spacious hotel. Good reception and clean and spacious room. Easy to park. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was very good. Pleasant location in a quaint village.

The bathroom could have been designed a little better. The toilet was squashed into a corner but a little moan in what was a very good stay.

Exceptional all the way … staff .. culture ..was amazing incredible professional . My goodness we loved the place ..evening meal was intimate beautiful present and to the highest standard . If I’d know it was that good we would have stayed for a week.
