Wonderful, special place in a quiet part of Condesa on the Amsterdam loop. Our two-bedroom apartment was totally comfortable for our family of four, with immaculate, well-appointed rooms, a kitchenette with everything you'd need, a well-sized living room, modern finishes, and big bathrooms in a sleek, secure building. The rooftop is an oasis for hanging out for coffee and a light breakfast provided by the hotel in the morning or at the end of the day after exploring the city. The service was top-notch. Our rooms were cleaned to perfection daily. The attendants working at the front desk were attentive, helpful, and gracious. Yahel, in particular, was incredibly helpful anytime we asked for advice or help. He is a kind, thoughtful, and gracious person. When he checked us in, he was very thorough. He arranged a car service for us a few times, including visiting the Teotihuacan pyramids and getting to the airport. As for the location, we walked many places within Condesa and to the Roma Norte neighborhood. Cafes and restaurants are everywhere near the hotel, all within a 1-10 minute walk. I highly recommend this property. They are on to something good here!

From the first welcome through to the little birthday surprise, this was an exceptionally comfortable stay for us as a family. The apartment design is modern and well setup. We appreciated the gym, laundry room and light rooftop breakfast (i.e. fruit, yogurt, coffee). High praise for Daniel at reception who provided great recommendations throughout - all the staff were helpful and friendly.

We had to be vigilant with a curious young kid around the central staircase railing on our floor, but no safety issues in the apartment so this was minor.

I returned from an incredible five-day stay in Mexico City, and it was an absolute delight. We lodged in a charming accommodation that offered unparalleled comfort. The rooftop garden was a sight to behold, offering a picturesque view and light attractive breakfast. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and bathed in natural light, creating a serene atmosphere. Exploring the city was a breeze as our location made it incredibly convenient. We spent our days leisurely wandering through bustling markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant culture, and even experiencing the excitement of a thrilling lucha libre wrestling match. One of the highlights was soaring above the city in a hot air balloon, witnessing the sprawling metropolis from a breathtaking vantage point. The flavors of authentic Mexican cuisine tantalized our taste buds, leaving us craving more with every meal. Visiting the museums was both educational and awe-inspiring, delving into the rich history and artistry of Mexico. But perhaps the most memorable part was the sheer joy of spending quality time with my family, creating lasting memories in a city that buzzes with life and excitement.

No! Everything is better than expected.

The property is really nice and modern, rooms are spaciuos. Bed is sooooo confortable and roomy. Air conditioning works fine. Rooftop is very nice as well.

The room I suposed had a kitchenette but did not. Noise from room next door is really loud. Coffe and breakfast have a lot of room for improvement. Gym is good , will need some organization and some more equipment

The location is perfect, made it easy to get to so many things. And it was a short walk to almost any type of restaurant or shop. The apartment was beautiful and had all the space and amenities we could want, including a gorgeous private balcony. Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The lobby/common area was pretty but felt a little dark/cold. I could use some light and maybe some places to sit. But that's a very minor complaint. The rooftop patio more than made up for it.

The continental breakfast on the rooftop was excellent, food was fresh with some variation, A great place to sit with your coffee and catch up on the news. The desk staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful (particularly Diego and Montse with whom we mostly interacted). Their language skills and local knowledge were excellent. This boutique hotel was recently constructed and was clean and well appointed.

The television system is unusual and complicated, and we found it difficult to use, even after an explanation, but this is a minor quibble.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Tree lined streets and great cafes and restaurants nearby. Walmart express was super convenient to pick up quick grocery items. We loved the hotel too, it was modern and clean and the staff was always super friendly & helpful. Morning breakfasts at the roof top were also very enjoyable by the entire family!

We were carrying down our toddler's stroller down a flight of stairs at the entrance but later when the staff showed us a side ramp we could use, it was much more convenient!

We loved how spacious our 2 bedroom rental apartment was and how deeply comfortable the beds were. The rooftop area with complimentary light breakfast was delightful. I had high hopes from the pictures and our group agreed we scored by booking this place for our extended weekend. I’m ready to move in permanently

I had to really think hard for a negative - two instances, the toilets wouldn’t fill with water or flush, but this was remedied promptly so it was a non-issue.

Quality accommodations in an excellent location. The apartment was spacious, clean, modern, comfortable. The rooftop was beautiful and great for meeting with other friends in the building. The gym is had just the equipment we needed and the staff were helpful and kept the building clean and well maintained. We would certainly stay here again and had friends who came to visit say the same. We worked remotely part of the trip and found the WiFi strong enough for video calls. This truly felt like a home away from home.

No complaints. The building is only one year old and I just hope the maintain the quality and cleanliness for the years to come. In order to maintain the prices, they will need to match the level of service and keep the rooms in great shape.

Based on a two way street I was concerned it could be noisy but once you walked in it was “deco” heaven and then greeted with a shot of tequila we knew we’d chosen well. Our 2 bedroom apartment had everything we needed. A good supermarket was a 2 minute stroll away. The neighbourhood itself was beautiful, calm and an oasis from the busy city.

There were some water and sewage issues that the staff tried to resolve- and did within a day or two. Breakfast could be a bit more substantial.
