The location was convinient and safe. We could walk after dark with no concerns. There are many restaurants around and a little supermarket. It was convinient to cook in the apartment. It was also comforting to have locked doors and security guard on site. We used Uber for transportation, and the drivers could always find us and the fare was very affordable (amazingly affordable compared to US) to whatever destination we needed to go.

Water pressure in showers was low, and there were only two towels per person, which seemed insufficient for 6 days stay. However, when we asked the manager for extra towels, they were immeiately provided.

First and foremost the location is perfect. We walked the loop of Calle Amsterdam daily and it's so beautiful and right by a ton of cafes, shops and restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and we were really happy in our two bedroom apartment. The two security guards were incredibly sweet and helpful. The host communicated with us immediately.

The only thing I can think of is the noise level in the street side bedroom- particularly at night on the weekends. It can get pretty loud all night just because of the condesa night life. But it was not a big deal for us.

1. Location: My friends recommended the Condesa neighborhood, but I didn't know Condesa is actually huge, and this apartment building is located in the best part!!! It's in between the two parks, and right next to a shaded walking/running path. Amazing plants & beautiful buildings all around. 2. Staff: security guard & the coordinator were super friendly and responsive. Every day when I come in and out of the building I am welcomed with warm smiles, and I felt very safe. 3. Accommodation: I loved hanging out on the balcony. Washer works great (remember to use the 15 minutes speed wash option to save water), it does have a drying option but doesn't quite work (like all "washer-dryer combo machines") but that's fine because we just hang our clothes and they dry over night because it was so dry.

These are really tiny points and wouldn't stop me from returning to this place next time at all: 1. Only the first two rolls of toilet paper were complimentary 2. I was looking forward to the beautiful common space in the pictures - it looked beautiful. In reality... it wasn't a place I want to hang out in, but that's fine! Because there are plenty of amazing spots outside the apartment. 3. Wasn't soundproof so there were a few nights where we could heard chatterse late night

We stayed at apt no 1, ground floor which is a studio with a small patio. As there is no AC, the fresh air at night with the patio door open was very welcome. Uliv is a gated property and the security ladies were very friendly. Host, Mafer, was very responsive, efficient, friendly and thoughtful, she made us feel very welcome. The property is at a perfect quiet location with loads of great cafe's and restaurants around. Condesa is a lovely green area, great parks and a very friendly, safe vibe. We will be back for sure

If its a longer stay the studio might work a bit "tight" and dark. The larger upstairs apt could be an option then. more hanging space, a hairdryer. Water pressure in shower very low. Nothing mayor, I would go back in a heartbeat

I liked the neighborhood, the boutiques and restaurants. The support staff was very helpful and always willing to assist us with anything we were needing or asking. Overall very good experience.

I wish the apartment had enough cleaning supplies and toilet paper. I would like also to have replacement trash bags available in the apartment and it will be nice to be able to change towels every three days. The wood floor in the main bedroom is very DANGEROUS. It needs to be fix immediately.

we loved the location. it is a really nice airy apartment. The beds are really comfortable and the seating area serviced us very well. The decor was safe but maybe would look even nicer with a few more colourful paintings/wall hangings to brighten it up?

It would benefit from a bit of TLC particularly in the kitchen and en suite bathroom areas. I had to wipe something off the kitchen floor and the paper towel was pretty black so maybe not been cleaned well. The pans were greasy with no means of cleaning them ourselves..we had to go and buy a pan scrub and cloth as it’s not things you put in a suitcase when travelling from the UK. There was a shortage of crockery and had the 4 of us wanted to eat at the table together there were only 3 chairs. The key code struggled to work and it turned out it just needed a new battery which the security lady changed for us..thank you to her. Having said all that, the owner/manager responded immediately and we knew we could get in touch for any immediate issues and they would be attended to straight away.

Spacious and clean, very safe, mostly quiet streets, full kitchen is convenient, beds were very comfortable. Nice little balcony running the width of the condo. Location was perfect. Walkable to beautiful parks, great restaurants, fun bars. Security staff was very helpful and friendly. So happy we chose this place.

We had five people and when we arrived they told us it only fits four. We knew we would have our youngest sleep on the couch. But more seating in the living room would be helpful.

The staff at the front (especially Elisabeth) were extremely kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. The staff helped us get some items that we had accidentally left behind. The location was great (walking distance to many beautiful parks, restaurants, and other attractions). The building was clean, beautiful, and well decorated.

The toilets were difficult to flush, but this was pretty minor.

The apartment was nestled in the most beautiful Condesa neighborhood - extremely walkable to tons of coffee shops, restaurants, and an incredible park nearby. The property had 24/7 staffed security on site and felt very safe and secure. We absolutely adored the location. Our host was very kind and checked in often to make sure we knew he was there if we needed him. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

We didn't use the balcony much because the view wasn't particularly great - but it wasn't a problem at all!

Location is amazing!! Host is super friendly and helpful and I got early check in, late checkout as well as a jug of water so I didn’t have to carry it from the store. Plus for getting help to carry my bags to the Uber as well, I’m not a light traveler😬 It’s ess clean and minimalistic but With everything we needed including a blender 🙌🙏 Can highly recommend and also plus for being dog friendly

We stayed at the ground floor which was amazing for the terrace but you can hear the doorbell and everyone entering the building so not the best for light sleepers. Or bring ear plugs.
