Good Location: just off the busy road and beside a mall with a few options for eating. Also close to the airport and cruise terminal. Great breakfast. Nice lobby area. Staffed with nice people for the most part.

Free airport transfer: 1st, as a Canadian without a US phone plan, I had to find someone to phone for me. The hotel suggested airport info/customer service. They weren’t too happy but did phone for me. The shuttle folks told me to wait. Estimate was ‘at least 1h and a half’. After such a long day with little food, and issues at baggage, and with our mother with us, we decided a long wait was going to put us at the hotel in time for bed only. We also had no phone contact for when the shuttle might come. We took a cab. Apparently shuttles come regularly outside at a shuttle stop and we could have waited there instead of the phone hassle. Not sure if we would have hit a shuttle while looking for a phone.

Clean and quiet. Great Mediterranean restaurant across the street. Convenient location for air arrival and cruise departures.

Not a lot of dining options. Was a bit chaotic during checkout due to all the guests leaving at the same time for cruises.

The hotel is fine. The location is good if you are flying in to take a cruise. There is a liquor store and Winn-Dixie within walking distance so you can buy the 2 bottles of wine that you are allowed to bring on the ship.

There is no airport shuttle. They contract with a 3rd party to provide a shuttle. You have to call the shuttle company, not the hotel or they wont come to the airport. They then require $10 per person. An uber is faster and about $16.

Breakfast was nice...you got to choose from a variety of continental dishes ...light roasted coffee was awesome & the location was right on target..easy to find close to airport & harbor which was a plus. Highly recommended for a stay. The driver of the shuttle bus went above & beyond to assist me & my family with packing our stuff into our rental van.. so sorry I don't remember his name but he got an A star rating from me..

Coffee and tea is a 24hr complimentary drink which is good. Unfortunately upon an early check out (4:30 am) none was available which sucked because I was looking forward to a pick me upper from the light roasted coffee..

Tom Oster was very courteous and quickly found our registration. He offered info on a good local restaurant. He offered, and we accepted a very convenient room on the ground floor. Our breakfast was exceptional with all of the items offered. It was very tasty and well presented. Our room was clean and had many amenities like a large flat screen tv, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and much more. A very exceptional offering was the shuttle service to and from the cruise port and the allowance to leave our car parked at the hotel location. Very courteous shuttle bus driver. The entire event - EXCEPTIONAL

No down side to this experience!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The people were very friendly from the hotel staff to the shuttle staff. I just wish there were more stuff to do in the surrounding area. It was very kind that the hotel provided shuttle to and from the airport. They also provided us shuttle to and from Dania Pointe. This was a great hotel to stay at. It was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend others to visit this hotel if you're going to be in the area.

The location isn't the greatest.

Pleasant and clean room. Comfortable bed. Free parking. Relatively short trip from airport.

The nighttime front desk person was away from the front desk and having a private conversation on a telephone for a while before coming to the front desk to check me in. Since the area was not trendy, I considered the price higher than warranted. Late at night, a person carrying what looked like a black garbage bag, perhaps a transient, was roaming the back parking lot and asked me for directions to the airport, which made me uncomfortable. If they do not already, they should expel non-guests, from their back parking lot. The back parking lot door was locked late at night, forcing me to walk all the way around the building to enter through the front doors. Breakfast did not have any non-dairy milk options.
