Flow House FTL is a one-of-a-kind experience. The room was sustainably chic with everything you need + more (awesome toiletries, Nespresso maker, towels/robes, balcony w/ a view, etc.). The amenities are outrageous; floor P is the place to be. From Hemmingway's breakfast/Cuban sandwich to the state-of-the-art gym, plunge pools, and spas, this is upscale stuff. Blend in with the residents and chill by the pool, where there's always some special event going on or just beautiful people walking around the deck. Location is central and awesome. Las Olas is a happening place. 10 stars out of 5. Will be going back toute suite.

Not one thing.

I had the pleasure of staying in a two-bedroom apartment, and the quality of the establishment was exceptional. The interior designer possesses remarkable taste. The staff members were particularly commendable, especially the individual with whom I initially interacted during my check-in process. Regrettably, I cannot recall her name, but I would like to extend my gratitude to her for her assistance.

There's an extension between the sliding door to the balcony and the living room; you have to watch out for it. It is a trip hazard from the living room to the outside balcony. I was on the 6th floor; imagine being on the 32nd floor.

Check in was smooth I love the extra security. The location was perfect in walking distance to food. Clubs historical sights and right at the river walk.

The parking deck was at times inconvenient if it's pass 10pm you had to call a staff member to let you pass the gate to get to the 10th floor where we parked. A key card would have solved that. Also no full length mirror in the entire unit for us Divas that need a last outfit check. Lol

The best part was Nicola who went above and beyond for our party. Because of the change in owners, our rooms were changed and my sister's family was placed in a smaller room. She quickly found them an open room that better fit their family. Then she personally fixed their thermometer when it wasn't working. The rooms were very new and clean. The pool was beautiful. Location was great, right downtown so we could walk everywhere.

There were no trash cans in any of the bathrooms, only the kitchen. Parking was really expensive at $40 a day. The lobby was kind of hard to find.

Excellent location and great facilities. Very comfortable and well equipped room which suited our extended stay in Fort Lauderdale very comofrtable and enjoyable. The pool and leisure facilities were an added but very welcome bonus.

The elevator situation was a little confusing at first but we soon got used to it. The noise from the nearby rail line was a little worrying at first but we soon became used to it and it didn't bother us at all.

Beautiful, stylish rooms and great building amenities! The pool and hot tub were delightful, and the gym is top notch. Staff was super friendly and always available. The location is great, right on the river walk. Plenty of great food and drink nearby.

I liked very much the location, views and facilities of the condo-hotel.

At a lower floor you can hear the noise from the Wharf until 3:00 am- which was not ideal. The train is so close to the building that you can hear the noise and feel the vibrations in the whole apartment.

I loved my stay here. The pool area was sooooo beautiful and I loved the shower in my room and the balcony.. i had the river view. It was my Birthday and I loved the attractions and restaurants around. Bed is too firm , but I loved this place hope too come back soon.

The bed was too firm. And they could have explained more about the key card and the parking garage

We really liked the layout of apartment and the location. The people at the hotel, including the customers were very helpful. We enjoyed the balcony. Although there were trains close to our room, they never woke us up. We enjoyed the restaurant, Hemingways, for breakfast the first morning. And again the customer service was great. The location was so awesome! There is an excellent rooftop pool and lounge area that we really enjoyed.

We got lost a couple of times, but there were always people to help us. It was during spring break and there was lively partying down the street. It was a bit loud the first night but did not wake us up.

The property was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Extremely noisy with a bar opposite and noisy trains passing even during the night. Even though the beds & pillows were very comfortable it was actually very hard to sleep because of the external noise.
