Very spacious, clean and well equipped accommodation with a lovely view from the balcony over the landscaped gardens. Good facilities - pool, sunbeds, games equipment, access to the beach. Very helpful and welcoming staff. The grounds were quiet and relaxing, the balcony was a quiet area to sit and wasn't overlooked.

There was a lot of traffic noise from the front of the apartment which was unavoidable, fortunately once the bedroom door was closed all was quiet again so we could get an undisturbed night's sleep! Would have loved the cafe/restaurant to be open for breakfast and snacks throughout the day, there was nowhere within walking distance which was disappointing.

We have been coming here for the past 3 years for our Wedding Anniversary. We love how peaceful it is, the pool, so close to the beach.

We stayed in Block 1 this time. Unfortunately we didn't 100% enjoy our evening/nights due to our room being opposite the BBQ area. It was very busy in the evening with guests having their meals and chats. (Obviously their on holiday too) but we found it very loud. Especially when guests chose to stay up late and enjoy each other's company and alcohol involved. Also the flood lights to the BBQ area stayed on all night which was pointing directly into our room.

Small gym, no kitchen/microwave/weird set up - not user friendly. Horrible wyndham club member seminar. Not worth the voucher. Felt so trapped and condemned for not being interested in spending 40k as a buy in proce to be a member. The lady at the front desk misinformed us. She advised it would be more laid back and that many people go and endure the talk and leave. It was much worse. My mother and I both felt drained, irritable, bullied... not a great experience.

The room was modern and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large with a seperate toilet. The well equipped kitchenette was a bonus for making/ heating simple meals. There were many facilities that we didn’t use eg pool, equipment hire so I can’t comment.

The wifi was quite poor and wasn’t adequate to stream and there wasn’t a great range of free to air tv channels eg we couldn’t watch the AO tennis. This is just minor was we didn’t come on holiday to watch tv but it is nice to relax with some sport we had been following. The staff gave a bit of a hard sell about what seemed like a timeshare meeting at check in. Also they provided a lot of printed material that these days could all be available electronically to reduce waste. These are all minor and wouldn’t stop me recommending this accommodation

The close beach access was amazing! The shower in our King room was incredible. Excellent pizza and service from the restaurant, Toby’s. There were times we had no reason to venture out as they had everything we needed. I loved the community vibe with lots of families using bbq areas, private beach access, pool etc.

The traffic noise is quite loud night and morning so it took some adjusting. A shuttle bus to and from town centre would make the stay much more convenient. We found it impossible to get a taxi booked on a night we would have preferred not to drive. I think had we pre-booked well in advance it might have been easier. Something to consider before you arrive!

I really liked our stay, the club has a pool, a spa, a court for basketball and tennis, a garden for bbq, and a beach in the back. They’ve got all the facilities for a getaway.

The drains in the bathroom were blocked and the room was flooding. Called twice for then to come fix it. And once they plumped the drain, the whole house smelt weird. I suggest the club the check the drains before putting it out.

Kitchen area well thought out. Good provisions for our stay. Bed head lights were very useful. Free movies available on the tv.

No audio description subtitles for tv viewing or if available were difficult to find. Body wash contained ingredients that are skin irritants…like Sodium lauryl sulfate. Maybe look at less processed products as soaps and moisturisers.

Rooms serviced every 4 days. Some meals on the menu at Toby’s restaurant were not value for money,notably the tempura prawn main meal costing $38 for 6 prawns with a very small portion of the advertised papaya salad. Tasted nice but way overpriced.

Facilities were excellent, just the rain put a bit of a damper on activities, however we had an excursion planned which was excellent so we had made plans to enjoy regardless of weather Swimming pool and outdoor facilities were excellent and had the weather been a little better, I am sure we would have enjoyed making use of them. Gardens are well maintained and luscious. Lovely location and will be back

Fish and chips were a disaster and had been microwaved to a rubbery stage and then coated with a lovely batter and delightful chips, however the overall result was not good given that one expected to enjoy some lovely moist fish. There were a number of other guests who also experienced the same issues with the Fish and Chips. One suggestion, how does one wash up crockery without adequate washing facilities or dish clothes, somewhat inconvenient.

The pool is a great size. Two minutes to the beach. The room was comfy and big enough for 2 adults and 3 children.

the queen bed was not comfy. Room service would have been super. The restaurant menu was not exciting and the food was ok.
