Excellent apartment, stunning location right on the beach. Spacious & well equipped. Nice view over pool & Geographe Bay. The pool, plunge pool and gym were excellent. Whole complex well maintained with workers there every day.

A few design flaws, not enough power points, evidenced by use of power boards. Bose sound bar totally unnecessary and a nuisance because the bass speaker fouled the sliding door. For such a big apartment, surely a desk with a vacant power point and reading light could have been included. Staff were friendly and helpful but we wonder at the restricted office hours! How come you can't check in before 2pm but the office closes so early at 4pm???

The resort, villas & facilities were fantastic. Villas are really well appointed, with good quality finish. Swimming pool, sauna, gym & tennis courts were also really good. We all had a really enjoyable stay, it was a great base to explore the region, and also a great place to just hang around and chill.

Only minor grumble was that the TVs in the villas were not 'Smart' (ie. no streaming apps) and did not support casting/screen mirroring. Would have expected this from a resort of this quality.

The Grove House exceeded my friend's expectations and mine! It was spacious, cozy, well equipped and inviting. We definately loved the big kitchen, long dining table (great for big meals and playing games!) and how relaxing our stay was. Plenty of towels, blankets and amenties provided and the fire place was lovely. Location is near lots of great cafe's & restaurants and it was also a huge relief that the property had enough parking space to fit 3 cars! Worth the money spent :)

Most of the mornings we were woken up very early by all types of bird/animal noises, but I guess this can't be helped :/ The Sauna and Gym were a bit too small and could easily get crowded (not best during pandemic times), but other than that everything was great!

The Grove house we stayed in was absolutely beautiful…I would in fact love a home just the same as this little place. Bedrooms were large and beds reasonable comfortable. Was great to have heating/cooling in every room.The lay out was wonderful.

We had issues with the water in the showers being cold for a few of us and not having someone to call or speak to on site made that difficult…luckily we can bath using boiled kettles and a flannel. Wasn’t good considering we were there for a family wedding at the same resort.

The location is excellent. Such a unique place in WA. You barely need to leave the resort. Lots of activities and facilities supplied.

Unfortunately we couldn’t get our usual 8-10 days there as bookings were full. We were a little late re-booking, our fault.

Very nice and well maintained modern villas, the access to the beach and swimming pool is easy

Cleaning should improve… we found under the beds and the sofa a lot of dust and some kids toys left over from previous occupants.

location, facilities, large enough home to engage with friends yet also to disengage & have own space.. didn’t have to listen to snorers

the oven was cleaned with too much mr muscle or something as food cooked in oven smelt & tasted odd & the cost was a bit much

Loved the location, house was spacious, clean and had everything you could think of! Stunning. Very cosy to stay in winter too.

The bed was the only thing…. it’s difficult to suit everyone with a comfy bed but it was so hard and did leave my Husband and I with a sore back. Literally the only thing we didn’t like.

The location was beautiful and the property was also wonderful. The facilities were great and so were the villas.

The private plunge pool was great and the location right on the beach was amazing.

From the moment you enter the property you feel different. All aspects are beautifully presented and it’s provided a much needed respite. The front office staff were cheerful and friendly the premises are immaculately maintained.
